This is a Great movie. I would recommend. My family loved it.

Based on a true story, there's no one tougher or more brutal in the English penal system than prisoner Michael Peterson, aka Charles Bronson (Tom Hardy). First incarcerated after robbing a jewelry store, the married Bronson is sentenced to seven years. But his incorrigible, savage behavior quickly gets him in trouble with guards, fellow inmates and even a dog. The only place where Bronson can't do any harm is in solitary confinement, where he spends most of his time.

Not my favorite but an okay movie I would recommend if you like that kind of movie

I Like Movies Based On True Life and This Movie Did Not Disappoint

This was a great watch. It's definitely not for everyone. But, if you're a fan of Tom Hardy, and his deep catalogue of off-beat film and television roles, this just might be up your alley.

Not for the squeamish ... Not for prudes ... But if you like brute power and bravado ... And a tour-de-force in acting a truly bizarre role ...

On the raw side, but an adventure on the rough side. An inside look at the perils of prison life. Action to a different level.

Based on a true story. The real guy should be locked up for ever.We love all Tom Hardy movies. The Drop is another good one.

Such a strange movie that you just can't take your eyes off of it. Worth watching for Tom Hardy's performance alone.

I teach CRIMINAL JUSTICE, so this one is a must and recommended for my students. Tom Hardy is amazing -- as usual -- and it's amazing what actors will do with their bodies to prepare for a certain role in a certain film. ... this one "based on a true story."

This based-on-a-true-story is Tom Hardy's breakout role.

Although Tomorrow Hardy acted wonderfully in this movie, its a little blah to me. It was just the same thing over and over pretty much. Great acting.....just an ok movie

This is by far my most favorite movie. There isn't much gore, not too much nudity... Not that I'd mind more if either ;) full frontal nudity on Tom wasn't bad either. Especially if you're looking to see his butt as well. Great movie!!!
