Mac and Windows! Nothing would recognize the scanner. The whole trying to set this device up really caused a headache and still it is unusable.

The Remote Setup application allows you to quickly set up your machine by taking advantage of the ease and speed of programming. When you access this application, the settings on your machine will be downloaded automatically and displayed on your computer screen. If you change the settings, you can upload them directly to the machine. Click the link below to remote setup.

I have a scanner on my printer and it has never consistently worked. So I bought this portable scanner and wish I had bought it sooner.

Works great! The only thing it can’t do is feed multiple documents at a time so it can be time consuming.

I returned it because my tax advisor suggested using something else.
