Bought this for my dad. He was tired of buying inkjet cartridges. We chose it based on good reviews online. My dad isn't a computer wiz, but he took it home and had no trouble setting it up and using it on his own, including printing via Google Print on a Chromebook, from his Windows laptop and from his iPhone.

Easy to set up. It connected to my Ethernet-Over-Powerline with no problem. It responds quickly when I send it something to print - which is not as often as it used to be 5 or 10 years ago. My quibble is that it should print duplex - the display page did - but I haven't been able to get anything else to do that. It's a quibble because I haven't gotten fired up enough to do any serious trouble shooting. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

The printer is easy to setup. We have several Brother printers in the office and all of them are working great. Would recommend it to a friend.

Should have bought this in the first place. It uses less ink and prints fast.

This printer is excellent. It is a great laser printe and even better wth the added features of Scanner and FAX and coier.

Great printer does all that a B & W Printer Copier Scanner should do .. did not want or need color ....

I am very happy with my Brother 2380 printer. It satisfies my needs wonderfully...it is very fast and quiet...great print quality...The only thing that I would complain about is, in the BestBuy store they had a Demo model, that had a setting on it, and you could manually set how dark you wanted it to print...to save on toner...but, mine does not seem to have that manual setting...it only has the toner saver mode setting or non-toner saver mode, no manual way to set it...But, either way, I am still very happy with the purchase...will probably never go back to an ink jet again...So, for the Brother printer I give the 5 star rating...but, for BestBuy I would have to give a lower rating because they told me that I would get 10% discount if I signed up for the Rewards program...but, it has been over 2 months and still no rewards discount, I even went back and talked with a manager...he said that it takes time...so, please be aware, if they try to get you to sign up for this rewards program...I am very disappointed in BestBuy for this...But, I Love my Brother!!!

Was hesitant to buy a Brother laser printer as I have always used and been happy with HP lasers, but wanted wireless printing from a phone or IPad plus a scanner/copier. Setting up was easy, printing is fast, makes duplex copies, and prints wirelessly from my mobile devices, all for under $100. Very pleased.

98% of my printing needs are (or can get by with) b&w printing. No cartridges to dry out right when I need them. This printer scans and sends color picture and/or document right to my Dropbox. This 3 in 1 is a little on the large size but it's value offsets it's take up space. Some much faster than inkjet.

Needed a fast inexpensive printer and copier and this was an excellent value does everything I need and is very fast

Very impressed with this printer. Prints quickly and doesn't use a lot of ink. Printed 40 pages in less than 5 minutes!

Does double sided prints great. Being wireless is the best part when working at home in the office or living room.
