I did a lot of research on laser printers. I was finding that the ink jet printer ink was too expensive and dried up if you didn't use your printer often. So far this printer has exceeded my expectations. You can adjust the amount of ink it uses printing from the computer. The last printer I had I could only adjust the ink usage on copies. It's quick and even on the lower ink adjustment, the copies are very clear. It was also very easy to set up to wireless. Would definitely recommend this as a purchase.

This printer replaced an older Brother printer and I love it. Very user friendly for the not so tech savvy person. Quality copies.

These days, it's often cheaper to by a whole new printer than to buy new ink. My ink jet ran out FAST and I hardly ever print. This Brother laser has held up well. No ink drying up because I don't print often enough. It prints very quickly and the documents come out clean. The copy & scan functions work just like they should. There is nothing spectacular about this printer - it simply works just like it should and that's exactly what I need.

The Brother HL 2380DW is a black and white compact printer that will give you the speed and quality that you desire from your printer. If you are going to go with a black and white printer, you want to make sure that it prints black and white documents with speed and quality, which the Brother 2380 does. It's wireless and It can handle up to 250 pages of paper at once. I have a small office and it's perfect.

my last brother printer over 10 years without any mechanical problem..this new laser printer is awesome. best printer I ever had..would give it 10 stars if I could.

This is the second Brother printer I've bought in the last year. It is inexpensive to operate and easy to set up for wireless use. If you are only printing black/white copies don't waste your money on a color printer. Also, if you go a long time between printing this is the printer to buy (toner doesn't get clogged up like a traditional ink-jet). I've recommended this printer to other people many times.

I appreciate the quiet operations of the Brother. Directions for operation are straight-forward and easy to follow. Thus far, it has been very reliable and pleasant to use. It is easy to remove and to replace toner cartridges. The ease of operation is important for a person like me who is not very techno-savvy. I appreciated the price offered by Best Buy on this quality machine.

I bought this printer 2 years ago and it has been flawless. It meets all my needs with printing and scaning. Vey quite and nice looking .

The Laser printer was very affordable and serves well as copy machine, scanner, and printer. Compared to my old inkject printer, it is lightning fast. It is wireless and so it easily networks with all my computers. I use Linux and the main selling point was that it had downloadable Linux drivers. However, the drivers were not packaged in a manner that used the Debian package manager. One had to go to an instruction page and follow directions there, and use the Terminal Program to input command line codes in a specific order. This makes using it on Linux a little more advanced than the plug and play type drivers or an easy Debian friendly download from their Linux repository. I may message Linux Mint some time and see if they can add this to the repository and supply the necessary code for this to be integrated automatically. I was able to get online help from the chat box with an customer service person. He did walk me through most of it, but I had to do the last part on my own. The printer interface, however, made it fairly easy to complete driver integration. All in all, I consider this printer excellent and fulfills all my needs. It is, however, only black and white printing, and requires a manual install if you are going to use Linux.

Bought this printer to replace our ink guzzling Epson Color Inkjet. This is an awesome affordable printer. Setup was very easy and the wireless connectivity is solid as a rock. Printer is accessible to anyone that is on our network with out any additional passwords etc. Quality is good and so is the speed of the printing. Starter ink cartridge is 700 prints and replacements start at 1800 prints for about $35.00. No more scrimping on prints to save ink.

This printer is pretty good. I used to have a canon color printer 3-in-1. Although I never print the color document, the inks are still lost pretty much. After 1 semester at school, i have to replace the new color inks, and it costs over $50. If i dont replace them, i can't even copy or print. But this printer, i am so happy with it. i can print without thinking about the inks. It operate very smooth and quiet.

Brother has knocked it out of the park with this multi-function printer. It works seamlessly with your wireless network and is very easy to set up.

Works good. Haven't explored all functionality, but it works fine so far. 2 side printing. About 1000 pages so far on starter cartridge. Scan/Copy works fine. Single feed scanning Scan to email is not easy. The 1 start was for no USB cable being included and no easy way to directly send the scan to an email. (Again..i could be wrong and have to read the manual)

Quality printer. Very easy to set up. Took me all of five minutes. My iPhone immediately found the printer. Highly recommend.

Very easy to set up. Prints clearly and quickly. Can be used from my laptop or my iPhone. Dialogue box to change settings (i.e. To switch to double-sided document) Is not intuitive to find. I have also had some difficulty maintaining contact between my computer and the printer. I would have to email documents to myself to print from my iPhone. I have resorted to online tutorials for both of these issues with minimal success. This seems to have resolved with time. Not sure how or why . . . Which is problematic in itself. Otherwise, I have found the printer to be of good quality and speed. I did immediately order the larger sized printer cartridge refill. I am pleased with my purchase.

Excellent value for quick printing at a low per page cost. Have had very good luck with Brother printers. Easy set up. Wifi has been reliable.
