This product does exactly what it’s intended to do and compact to fit comfortably on a desk or workspace with little room. Highly recommended!

Works really well, and is also compact (lighter and takes up less desk space than my old model). I did have a bit of trouble setting it up, but not more than I'd expect from a new piece of equipment. I called Brother support, and they got me on the right track--it was just an issue of getting it installed in Windows. Plus, the price was excellent for the value.

It took me like 1 hour to set the wifi to the printer . I have to say that the printer looks amazing and the test print looks superb and fast . But when i send a document to try the printer from my phone . With just 3 lines it took the printer the amazing amount of time like 2 minutes for a single page . Is really bad i will do some more test but , if I can only get 1 page every 2 minutes i will return it .

Works great. Last a good amount. Works well for students going to college and needing their own device. Might want to buy extra cartridges though.

Most of its problems are created by limited operator wisdom. Imlike it!

Works great no problem making it wireless got my phone and laptop connected to it

I like it so far. Starts printing quick. Scans quick. TBD if I like the ink consumption & cost vs. my previous cartridge printer.

I found nothing special about this printer. I ended up returning it since it says eco tank, but it is not. It just has very large ink cartridges, so you have to replace them and not just fill up a tank.

This is truly one of the most frustrating purchases I've ever made. I worked in print shops, with printers for 10+ years so I'm very familiar with troubleshooting. Almost immediately this printer had issues. The paper would jam constantly. I tried every recommended trouble shooting option with no luck. Brother sent me a new one. I figured I just got a lemon. However, the refurbished one I was sent had the exact same issue. I essentially threw away my money. In addition to jamming, the print quality was bad despite cleaning it and doing all the alignment tests. Now I have no working printer, and I lost a bunch of money. I had high hopes, but I was told that nothing else could be done for me.
