Love the product, just having a time getting it set up to my computer!

I have been using brothers printers for over a decade & this printer is great its a tad loud but great

I bought the Brother - INKvestment Tank MFC-J4335DW Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer at Best Buy with ink in the box for 1 year - white/gray, but the installation disk is missing and I can't use the printer I bought. Best Buy specialists via online chat offer to pay extra again so that they "help" me use the printer I bought. In short, Best Buy, first steals your purchased goods, in order to then resell you the same goods separately. And I don’t even know if it works or not.

Very intuition to setup. Love the ability to print/scan wirelessly from phone. Happy with the purchase.

We just purchased this last night---already set it up, and busy printing. No problems with set-up, was quite simple and straight forward.

Excellent printer for home use. It's so nice not having to worry about ink when we have to print something

No complaints really it is a well rounded printer for home and small business.

A great little printer that is much better then my older HP and Epson that messed around with the ink. Brother for the win.

I replaced a HP printer with this one and cannot think of a reason to go back to HP which has lost quality

Works great! Takes a little while to set up, but once it was up and running, it works perfectly.

Utter disappointment. Easily jams. But worse without warning after very light use, it will no longer print with any depth of color, the black ink barely shows. I wasted $100 on new ink cartridges. No improvement and although Best Buy acknowledges it has barely been used I have to go through their 3 repair visit policy. I have to have three in home repair attempts before they will replace it. What a waste of time and resources. And I am without a printer in the interim. I will not be buying a printer again from Best Buy and I will not buy Brother

The printer has been reliable, but the User Interface is very poorly designed and non-intuitive. Also, the extent of low-ink marketing messages, which make the printer temporarily inoperable, qualifies as harassment. I've been used to more expensive printers, so the very limited capabilites are also an issue for me.
