I have my fax for 2 months now- use it maybe 15 times per week. Does a great job. Great price and not too big. Didn't want to set up a big 4 in 1 (printer/copier/scanner/fax). Just wanted a small fax I could keep near a phone jack. Took a star away only because the catridge is out of ink already. Never used the fax to copy. Just like to get the confirmation that the fax went through. Other than that, very happy with purchase.

I was surprised at how reasonable the price for this fax mach was - and equally surprised that it seems to use outdated technology: the "ink" is a thin piece of paper on a roll, with flexible dry ink on one side. (like the old carbon sheets we used to use with typewriters back in the day) If you purchase this product, get a couple of replacement ink cartridges at the time you purchase it, as the one that comes with the machine only prints a few pages before it runs out.

I think this machine works well for our office. It doesn't take up that much counter space and it can be turned to silent. You hardly know it's there. We use a fax machine minimally so the price was perfect for how much we use it.

This item was on sale and with my cash rewards it cost me only 5 dollars. I mainly use to send faxes so I don't use much ink. I've had no problems so far very satified with my purchase.

I love my copy/printer! It's compact but has all of the features the "Big Boys" have.

I brought this fax machine for my mother, because she does a lot of copying and faxing, and my was on its way out the door. I like the compact size and how simply it is to use for my mother.

I was looking for a fax machine that has a phone attachted to it. This one is great. Compact so it does not take up much room. Easy to follow directions. The ring tone is cute, it sounds like a bird chipping. This is great for home or a small office.

I receive several faxes throughout the week and the unfortunately the first cartridge went pretty fast but it provides everything i need concerning faxes. Having a couple of troubles with the phone system but that is with the phone system. The manual does a good job of explaining everything. Overall, I think the product delivers for those who aren't expecting continuous faxes.

I send faxes once in a while and this machine is affordable and it is good to have available at home when the fax need arises. I had this same machine for several years that finally quit and I replaced with this new one... It is a good fax machine for those fax needs arise at times at home and you don't want to run out to a place to send your fax.

Love it for the price, easy to set up, easy to use, and very quiet.

This Brother's Fax/Copier is just what I needed for my home office and personal use. It has many features.

We was working with a company that accepted product orders via mail or fax. Since postage rates have been on the rise recently, we decided to upgrade to a office fax machine, so we chose the Brother Home Office Fax System. Once the item arrived, we took it straight out of the box, read the instructions, and had everything up and running within about 15 minutes. It may have taken less time, but we're all novices in the office with set-up. I would highly recommend that if your looking for a budget conscious fax machine for home or office use, that you shouldn't hesitate in the purchase of this item, it's truly that GREAT!

It is difficult to find a fax machine as everything now is printer/fax/scanner combination. I just needed a simple, quick fax machine and this is perfect. Price was perfect. Didn't have to spend an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this!

No more trips to Office Max. Got my own now!! I was doing so many trips to get my business started and it was so expensive to fax from there place. I could have bought one earlier with the money I already spent on those trips. Very happy!!!!

I have had this product before for 12 years. I now replaced it with the same product, recent model. It is a very good copier and fax machine. Can't do better for the money. Stands up for many years.

I did not realize this machine came without the internal voice recorder. My previous one had that feature, so I expected this one to, also. When I called your company, the lady said that the one with the recorder had a different product number.

I purchased this fax for home use to send faxes on an as needed basis. Reasonable price. Simple set up and ease of use to send fax--have not received a fax to date. I wish it would provide verification that faxes have been received when I send them.
