the store is clean and the staff is nice and competent. If the person who work has best buy do not know it is not embarace to ask someone else, for better service. that I appreciate a lot.

Wish it did not dry up so fast. But other than that its ink. Works good.

Have to say the quantity of ink is low. Requires frequent replacement. These are purchased as required by printer manufacturer not because they are favored over any other brand. They are easy to install and recycle.

good quality of ink but it's not high-yield as expected. I don't print daily not even weekly so I know it runs out fast. even though I ended up buying them every time.

I bought the brother printer and was disappointed in the amount of ink in the original cartridges. I paid less for the printer than the refill ink cartridges. I considered buying another printer instead of ink alone, be decided I don't want to keep swapping out printers. What a waste

I erred in the number, should have been the 103 package. The printer manufacturer should standardise. This is an odd way to earn not on the printer but on consumables. Unfortunately I bought it in Jacksonville Fla and discovered my mistake in Washington DC where the printer is

I live about 45 minutes from Best Buy; so it takes me a while buy an item there and get back home. Anyway I purchased Brother 203XL ink. After installation the printer would not detect the new cartridges so I contacted Brother tech support. The problem turned out to be the ink cartridges were empty. So I had to make two trips to Best Buy and it took about seven gallons of gas each trip for a total of 28.00 dollars plus the cost of ink. That was expensive ink and Best Buy did not offers me any discount for my trouble. The new cartridges functioned immediately and correctly; I would recommend them to everyone, just open them at the counter where you buy them to make sure they're full.

Best Buy has the cheapest price for the ink cartridges I need. They always arrive quickly and are not damaged. I would recommend Best Buy for your replacement cartridges. Especially if you need them fast.

The XL size lasts longer and more economical to purchase vs. the standard size. Never had any problems with the Brother brand printers.

First time I owned a Brother printer. Initially had a problem with the ink being too faint, but that quickly went away. Makes sense to buy the ink from Best Buy so that I can build up My Best Buy rewards!

Had to buy these because the generic ones I bought to save some money could not be read by the printer. Don't waste your time or money buying the cheaper generic cartridges, they do not work.

I change to brother after I go tired to give money to Hewlett Packard for ink every month.I bought this xl ink to see if there was a difference and so far so good. It's been well over a month and still going.

The ink I purchased was available in a regular printing option as well as a high use printing option. This is a great idea for those who don't want to keep going back to the store to buy ink.

Pricey for my wallet. Lasts about a month and a half with steady home use of printer. Gets closer to empty than the black before the printer 'demands' changing.

Until they make an inkless printer, we will be using this product. Refillable ink cartridges are a thing of the past. So grin and bare it for it's a necessity of life.

Let's face it. Buying ink is no fun. It's expensive and it doesn't last long. I've had several different brand printers, but the Brother has been the best. The inks work well and are consistent from cartridge to cartridge.
