I love this printer! It is easy to set up, works well, and is very user friendly. No problems with jams (as I had read in a few reviews). If you are a small business, you should consider this one. I did not give it 5 stars because I have only had it for 1 month. After a few months, I would expect to give it 5 stars.

This is great for the small business or workcenter for larger company. prints with great quality at a very reasonable price.

Love the scanning speed. Wi-Fi function is amazing, I often print from my phone, kids print from their lap tops & tablets with no hassle. I run a business from home and love that I can use one multi function unit for my business and for the family. Black and white only though

Prints quickly ,scans well with about 40 ppm . That's is perfect for a small business.

Cheaper toner excellent scanner image and great wifi connect

We have had 3 of these now in the last 3 years. Longevity wise not the greatest but this is a primary office printer so it is going all day long. Factor in the cost of ink on other more high end printers and you will be happy to replace this printer every year.

The printer worked just fine out of the box, and connected to the network without difficulty. No problems, and very dependable since.

Been using this for a year and it works great. My company grew so we needed an extra center. Bought this one because we curently have one and love it.

The printer has good features like wireless networking and Ethernet built in. The set up is somewhat awkward and so is the scanning but the most disappointing was the print quality, especially compared to the HP this printer is replacing

Very poor support, poor customer service. Product is not what it says it was.

I bought this product so that I can print wirelessly from my iPad and iPhone without relying on a computer. The setup was unbelievably easy and fast. The machine found my network within seconds and I printed from my iPhone effortlessly and scanned a color document to my iPad in seconds. I recommend this product very highly I had no power problems and network problems noted in other reviews. I am a very happy camper.

Broke down 3 months after warranty. I called Brother customer service 4 times and was hung up on twice after 20-30 min hold. After I got someone they told me sounds like the fuser went out, put me on hold and then hung up on me. I have 5 Brothers and i'm getting rid of all of them. They seem to break down after 2 years. Not good for small businesses if you have to buy a new one every 2 years.
