We have a Brother MMC color laser and love it - best printer we have ever had. We needed a new printer to print photos so went with this one. Problem 1 - could not connect to wireless network, their help desk spent over an hour trying to help us and we finally got it working. Problem 2 - paper pulls more than on page causing it to jam. Brother provided a card board sheet to run through when this happened. Solved problem for a while but started jamming a couple of days later. We did this numerous times with same result. If they recognize there is a problem and offer a solution, they need to fix it before manufacturing it. Problem 3 - color photos did not print well and there is a convoluted process to change tray from letter to photo and back each time you want to print a photo. Wife who is not tech savy was ready to throw it out window, so we returned it.

1st 4 printers you could not get the control board to work.just stuck on papersize questionduring startup.#5 worked,but would only feed clumps of 5 or more sheets out of tray.#6 is working beautifully.

Not easy to install but good price and 4 in one plus color too.

Two tray printers at a reasonable price are limited. I was concerned that this Brothers product would be slower and the quality of the print would be less than higher priced printer. I was happily wrong

Brother is the only brand I buy for printing, copy or scan needs
