The printer fit perfect in the spot where we wanted to place it. Easy setup

Printer was easy to install. It does not get a lot of use, but so far, we are very happy with it.

Copies at a speed that is much improved over my old, but good, HP printer. I like the bypass feature so I don't have to raise the lid every time to copy. It is faster than I thought it would be printing. Holds plenty of paper for us as we use it at home. Have not tried the wireless yet, waiting to install some new equipment first. NOT as "flimsy" as some report and certainly was SUPER easy to set up. Took longer for the cartridges to get ready than anything else. I like the fact that it does NOT drain my ink just to print an alignment page. The HP sucked my ink dry just setting itself up. I like that it won't "automatically" order ink for me, like the new HP printers do when THEY deem it a requirement. It is easy to use and the touch screen buttons are very responsive. I see this printer take a lot of "heat" for not being a good printer for a WORK/OFFICE environment and that may be the case, BUT, for my home use and home based business, we are certainly NOT disappointed. I WOULD BUY THIS AGAIN

Brother products have always been reliable. This product is under $100. Great value, even though does not have wireless capability.

This replaces a Canon printer that never worked well. This printer has worked well so far, although it often spits out an extra page of blank paper. It is quick to respond to a command and does a good job of printing crisp copies. I like the compact footprint.

This printer does it all. Copy, scan, print, and fax. It's a inkjet color printer. I used to be a HP fan for many years but, now I'm a brother fan. The best thing about this printer it saves so much more ink than HP printers.

The compact size is a plus! Paper feed smooth and duplex feature is great! Two things not so great! Feature list says USB connection but there is no USB port! We have the printer near our TV. The printer powers up and down when we turn on/off our TV. Won't turn on with power button. So we use tv remote when we print!

Very neat and compact. Compatible with all pc/laptop types. Print quality is good and no paper jams. The only issue is it is very loud. It sort of has a scary sound that makes you think there is a paper jam but there never is. But overall, Good purchase.

Works ok but refuses to print double-sided. I'm still ok with it for the price.

This is a good multi-function printer (print, scan, copy & fax). This unit uses economical individual ink cartridges for each color allowing you to only purchase what you need. All the functions work well and the built in wireless lets you print from your tablet or phone. This is a good printer for the price.

Overall, this is a good reliable printer. It is easy to set up and use, and the lifetime tech support is very helpful. It is fairly noisy and slow, so would not use for large jobs. In addition, it is kind of flimsy, mores than the Epson I have. Quality of printing, scanning and copying has been good so far.

So far it's been a very easy to use convientent printer. I love how I can print straight from my phone with the push of a button. And we like the printing options as far as printing on different size paper or even envelopes. So far super simple to use and good price.
