This is a very good printer. Easy to set up and very good print.

I work in two different offices and this is my second time selecting this printer. It does a very good job printing. It is also great to be able to scan and send scanned jobs directly to different computers and is a time saver to be able to send faxes directly from each computer connected to the network.

I purchased this printer because I needed to do double sided color printing at a maximum output and excellent quality! The support from Brother and the excellent print quality made the purchase worthwhile!! Best Buy also took care of my order and shipped well ahead of schedule!!

Good value. Prints adequately, although not spectacularly. Very quick print speeds. High yield toners equal savings per printed page. Bought 3 of these for the office and was dismayed to see they are no longer available.

We have a small office and our old machine broke down. It was a big machine that "did it all". We replaced it with this Brother All-In-One machine and it has worked well for us. I don't think we'll go back to the huge machines after using this little machine.

Replaced my HP printer after forced firmware updates rendered it useless. This printer is reliable and does a very good job with large print jobs. I would definitely recommend.

Got this during a sale and love it. It's fast and it's a color printer. The tonners are not too expensive and there are 3rd party toners. Be warned, it is a HUGE printer.

I moved to this printer after 7 successful years using a MFC9320CW. There was nothing wrong with my old printer, but I really need double sided scanning to save me time. This model is really doing the job for me: two sided printing and scanning is a huge benefit. I'm also a user of several cloud storage services. My primary is Evernote, and the ability to scan directly to your cloud storage is the best. One last plus, the ability to print directly from a mobile device! Great printer overall.

We upgraded to color from an older brother model. This one is noisier than the older one, but it works great for us. Love the wifi printing.

Fast, quiet and easy to operate :-). We had the printer setup and connected to our server in minimal time.

This printer is a good value. I have printer several reports without any issue. As most laser printers, it is not designed for photo printing, not even on glossy papers. However, for all other types of printer (color reports and graphics) it produces excellent results. The two-sided printing and scanning is quite useful. It also prints envelops and on thick paper. Overall quality is very good.

This is my second one of these; the first i've had for several years. Both have worked without fail through many thousands of sheets of paper. My one criticism: when you need to refill all the inks it's quite expensive. But the colored inks don't go bad (as with inkjet printers) and the blacks are fairly cheap. I'd recommend this without reservation, with only that proviso,
