Easy to Use, Works Well

This Brother Label Maker works well. It is easy to use and the print quality is great. It is a great choice for basic label making tasks.
It needs batteries or a power adapter (neither included) to operate. I am using batteries but don't know how long they will last under normal operation yet. The LCD is easy to read in normal lighting. This model does not offer Barcode printing so if you need to print bar codes get the upgraded model.

Look, it's an old-school labelmaker. It's not fancy, but it makes labels reliably and simply, so what's not to love.

Cons:
Uses too much space in beginning and ending tape.
The screen is not illuminated and is difficult to read.
Laminated Label Tape jammed in machine after about half the tape was used. This happened with both label widths. I cannot recommend this labeler because of this.
PROS:
The labeler has a built in cutter.
Use batteries or ac power.
You can change fonts, size, width, add borders.
Intuitive QWERTY keyboard
Labeler can be connected to computer
