Recently purchased a Brother label printer-QL-600 and had hopes of it being replacement for my Dymo 450. Unfortunately, after trying three plus times the machine would not connect to my IMac no matter what I tried. Followed the included directions in the box to no avail. Anyone else had the problem ?

I bought the Brother QL-600 label a few months ago. I tried, several brother support several times, and also went to their website. I had no luck trying to get a hold of the Brother support team at all. I downloaded all the necessary things for the printer. I got very frustrated trying to set it up. The instructions on the Brother website were very confusing to me. they, need to make the instructions easier to understand. that would be a big help!
