From the item description, and further confirmed by previous reviews, I knew the figure I'd get would be at random. I purchased online with the ship to store option (free), and the figure was on a slight sale so in total it was under $10 which was a steal! They gave me an estimated date of arrival and the figure came way before that, so I went to the store with my confirmation and picked up the item quite easily. I got RM/Namjoon! It's really cute, no damage to the box, but they did have the pick up sticker directly on the box. Luckily it wasn't difficult to remove and didn't damage the box, or I would have been a little disappointed. I wish there was an option to choose the figure so that there isn't a chance of repeats when purchasing more. I aim to get all seven figurines eventually! Overall a quick and easy experience and got a cute figure out of it!

Such a bummer that Best Buy doesn’t allow you to pick the character you want, I ordered 4 and luckily none were duplicates however they came in an envelope with nothing protecting them so the boxes they came in were completely smashed in.

The items were in a great shape but shipping took a little bit longer than I thought. Other thing is that the company gave me too many Jimin 3 out 5 total of my ordered

I love these dolls and I am so thankful that Best Buys carry them. Just two thing which could make customers happy. These need to be in every store. It will sell for sure especially it's the perfect gift just in time for the holidays. Also when need to be able to select which characters we want. I ordered 3 and I got 2 Jimin.

I was excited to see Best Buy selling these mini vinyl figures, but I was also hesitant about ordering without the option to pick which dolls to have shipped. I decided to order three in hopes they would send three different dolls. I got the same three JK dolls. :/ I just thought I'd share that for those of you that are ordering multiples.

This was bought as a gift for a friend who is a BTS fan. I was worried about the condition of the box looking at other reviews, but mine was ok. And the one I got was the one I wanted to get her. Very happy with the purchase.

It made for a great christmas present, my sister is a big fan of BTS and she loved it!! I only they sold each separately under a different sku instead of buying one and hope it’s the one you want.

Bought myself these little cute bts figures and they are so cute, Wish we could pick which ones we order but still worth it.
