The installation of the refrigerator is incomplete. The unit was not leveled, the doors were not leveled, the film was not removed and the trimmings were not installed. Two other appointments were made but the technicians claim they do not know how to level the fridge nor the doors. Poor and unreliable installation.

The guys were on time and did a great job with the installation. They took excellent care of our new refrigerator and also took precautions to prevent any damage to our home during installation.

The installation went very well. They were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Explained what we should expect from our refrigerator in great detail.

This product worked fine to connect install my new fridge with water/ice dispenser.

Ordered a built in refrigerator. Was very nice but needed install team to come out 3x before it could be installed. Needed to cut floor tile, relocate the water line, replace the corroded valve. All the sidetracked things were on our end but every time we needed to rescheduled installation it took 2-3 weeks for them to come out again. Pretty long wait times.

Geek Squad is an awesome service from BestBuy specially with large appliance delivery and installation for no extra charge. Extremely happy with the service. They called day before, then 30 mins before arrival. Right on time, nicely hooked refrigerator with water dispenser. Everything works. They took out boxes and garbage. All clean. Superb.

Great service. Prompt. Prepped the work area. Needed 4 guys to remove the old unit, then install the new refrigerator. I can't believe they were able to do it without damaging anything.

The 4 man crew was professional and they didn't dent my house. 500 lbs built in fridge going up 16 stair in a townhouse was not easy yet they did it perfectly. They installed the panels on the fridge and took the time to make the panels line up prefectly.

He did an excellent job in installing our dishwasher and measuring for our built in microwave.

A crew of three capable and professional.men came to install my built-in refrigerator. These guys were great at communicating, were on-time and accomodated us in one special accommodation- giving us the chance to install the wood trim in the opening.

The geniuses at Best Buy sold it to me complete but there is no motor or fan , it has been over 3 months and the customer service are terrible. I have spent over 30 hours on the phone with them and 6 stops at the store with everyone ignoring the problem.

It looks great and it was only delayed by 2 weeks which is nothing comlared to what's going on with appliance deliveries. We did need a little more instruction to what was needed for installation but BestBuy was amazing with completing our installation.

The people who completed this did a great job, however this was to fix a poor original installation and I should not have been charged. The original installation forgot to put anti tip screws and the fridge has fallen forward multiple times.

It is physically attractive and functions well. It is a real asset to the kitchen.
