Very professional installation of our new 48 inch Kitchen-aid Built in refrigerator

The geniuses at Best Buy sold it to me complete but there is no motor or fan , it has been over 3 months and the customer service are terrible. I have spent over 30 hours on the phone with them and 6 stops at the store with everyone ignoring the problem.

Did a great job installing built in Kitchen Aid Refridge. I thought it would be tough job, but they did it easily.

after 3rd time they managed to complete the installation and to have the ice maker working, but they damaged the top part of the refrigerator

Terrible crew. First they tried to get out of installing the dishwasher claiming it wasn't plumbed right. I had to show them how to do it. When they installed the fridge, they could not figure out how a basic level worked. I had to explain the bubble must be halfway between the two lines, Secondly, they refused to install the inti-tip bracket. Lastly, I need to get them back to set the 24" deep built-in fridge deeper in the cabinet cavity. It is supposed to be flush with the front. They left it sticking 2.5" out into the room.

The installation guys were great. After the installation they cleaned up too.

Best Buy's installation team is outstanding. So very happy with the quality of their work!!

Worst buy and customer service I've ever been a part of. My 12k fridge turns off and on by itself for no reason. Bought it in March and have to wait until the end of Oct for the " new" fridge . Never been so disappointed ! Never had any problems with best buy until this purchase!

This was a hard job. We have lots of stairs. The guys did a good thorough job.

Straight forwarded, easy and quick. Just confirm appropriate length of waterline. Order will probably be for the basic 6ft installation package and they may not have needed part on the truck.

These guys were excellent! My fridge had been damaged on delivery and they came out and fixed it. Super personable and quick.

The process of installing a dacor buildin fridge with panels after purchasing from this BestBuy store is a nightmare. I made the order 9 months ago. In the past 9 months, BestBuy had scheduled numerous delivery appointments with me to install the fridge panels (that comes separately from the fridge) but every single time they sent the wrong people to my house and failed to do the job. BestBuy doesn't do installation themselves. They hired third-party companies to do the installation to free themselves from liabilities, which explains why they kept sending the wrong people. After 9 months of many installation appointments, the end results are incorrectly installed panels and badly damaged floor in my kitchen. I am currently getting in touch with their third party insurance company. But I have no confidence that BestBuy will do the right thing to fix the damages that they have made and compensate me for the inconveniences that they have casued me and my family.
