Serves my needs well as I drink ciffee all day. It doesn't get a burnt taste

This is my third Bunn Thermal Coffee Maker. Enough Said.

Only coffee maker I would buy as long as this model is available to me

Had the original for many years. Coffee never tastes bitter or burned.

Sorry... nothing like a standard old school percolator... this unit does not stay piping hot in carafe... too expensive for what little it promises.

My original Bunn (same model) worked great for 10 years but started to leak a bit so time for a new one. I expected my new coffeemaker to be the same but happily it's even better! The old pot had to be poured into the cup over the sink, but the new model pot pours perfectly - no drips anymore. I like my coffee very hot and was so pleased that the new machine makes my coffee almost too hot to drink - love it! ...and the new pot seems to keep the coffee hotter than the old. Also, the new machine makes the coffee faster - they aren't kidding about 3 minutes. When I took the new Bunn out of the box, I was a bit leery because it looked slightly different, and seems a little smaller and lighter weight. But I'm so pleased with it - it's so nice for a new model of any product to surpass expectations.

Easy to use. Fast coffee in less than 3 minutes as advertised. No hot plate to burn your coffee. No on and off switch except vacation. No worries about leaving the coffee pot on. Simple machine however expensive. I have not been experiencing carafe issues coffee hot after 3 hours in carafe. No burnt coffee. Con......Not as attractive as other coffee makers and expensive. Only makes 10 cups. But good tasting 10 cups!

First and most importantly this is an amazing product. Great coffee brewed quickly which is especially important in the morning. :) This is a stand up company. When we had a small problem the company replaced the entire thing no questions asked. Wow! Impressive! I would definitely buy the coffee maker again and definitely buy from Bunn.

This coffee maker is awesome. It makes a pot very fast and the carafe does keep the coffee hot for about an hour. Very nice looking machine to have sitting on a counter also.

After using the Bunn ThermoFresh for close to two weeks now, I can definitely say it's the best coffeemaker I've ever used. Super simple concept and use. It takes me longer to grind the coffee beans than it does to make the coffee. Makes hot coffee quick and it always tastes smooth, no bitterness or burnt taste. Coffee is still hot after awhile, though I haven't tested it for longer than an hour. I'm definitely happy with this purchase!

I have found this coffee maker to be great, the new pot doesn't leak and the coffee is hot and stays that way. Have found this maker to be worth every penny...

I love the fact that you don't have to worry about breaking the decanter or leaving it on the burner without enough coffee in it. I also love how long it keeps the coffee hot! This decanter, even without the burner, keeps the coffee steaming hot for a good 2 or even 3 hours.

I love the look and the speed of this coffee maker. While they are important features of this coffee maker, most important to me is the coffee must stay fairly hot. The thermal carafe DOES NOT keep the coffee hot. Your first cup is hot and perfect. Should you go back a little later (15 minutes) the coffee is lukewarm. Once poured the coffee doesn't stay warm long. Very disappointing! I cannot understand why people are saying their coffee stays hot. It doesn't. Are we using different coffee makers? Love Bunn coffee makers but I would not buy the coffee maker with the thermal carafe again. Sorry to say!

It is too big and the usage for electricity is a lot

This coffee maker is top notch! It was a little hard to get set up, but is a great one.

If you like hot coffee, this machine is not for you. If the water starts out at 200 degrees, it does not end up that way by the time it gets into the carafe. The more coffee you place in the filter, the less hot the coffee going into the carafe is. This product is definitely not worth the price. Actually, it's not worth the price even if it was free.
