This is great coffeemaker. It is fast, durable, and easy to use. Most importantly, it makes great coffee. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Our family has owned bunn coffee makers for many years. We are an impatient crew when it comes to coffee brewing so the 3 minute brewing time is perfect although I do think some of the coffee flavor is lost with the rapid brew. My mother has Alzheimer's disease but can still remember how to make coffee with the Bunn as the product is so easy to use. We love their products.

This is the fastest coffee maker I have ever had. The machine is good looking and makes great coffee. The only very minor drawback I have found is you should use the Bunn (they are taller than other filters) filters that are no more expensive than other brands. I expect to be using this coffee maker for many years.

This is the best coffee maker I've ever had. So easy to set up and use. No fancy contraptions. Super easy to clean and makes fast hot coffee in no time at all. I have one at my home and I bought one for work too.

Have owned Bunn coffee makers for over 35 years. Obviously I like Bunn. Hot coffee made quickly. Very durable.

This coffee brewer exceeded my expectations it's quick and easy and doesn't burn the coffee and is compact incise enough to fit on counterspace. Makes wonderful cups of coffee every morning!

I have always owned the Bunn Coffee Maker. I love that you can brew a pot in 3 minutes. The newer coffee maker also can be stopped from brewing by opening the top of the coffee maker whereas the older ones did not have that feature. Also you can make 2 - 10 cups depending on how may you want. I would definitely buy again.

Have purchased hundreds of Bunn units for commercial use so wanted this one for home. If brewing more than 6-8 cups, the grounds overshoot the capacity of the filter. After pouring in the water to brew, it starts delivering coffee within seconds so a big rush to get the pot on the burner to receive the coffee - not very hot. However, the best cup of coffee that I’ve ever brewed at home in 20 yrs.

We bought this coffee maker because we had one before and it was great. After we set it up we noticed it smells like a skunk. Our kitchen has not smelled the same since. Its been a month now and it still stinks. We tried to wash it and wipe it down but no luck the scent will not go away. But it makes coffee fast!

I'm a few weeks into using this Bunn coffee maker and while it is pretty good, I have not been wowed. The coffee is hot...but not much hotter than my previous 5 year old Cuisinart 4 cup maker that it replaced. The coffee is good...but again, not a whole lot better than my previous one. I really like the looks of this Bunn and their customer service has been great (I had to call during set up). I also like that it has a reservoir that keeps water hot so the coffee brews pretty fast even though this isn't a big deal for me as I only make 20 ounces (half carafe). The warranty is really good too. The unit is very simple to operate and the carafe is great...no spills. Pouring the water in the top is easy because it's up front and the cover is large and easily swings out of the way. You MUST read the directions when you get it out of the box. Before plugging it in, you have to fill the reservoir with a specified amount of water. Water is always keeping hot in the reservoir and when you add more water to it when making coffee, that new water displaces the old and your coffee brews. It is way different than your standard coffee maker but it was a fairly easy process once you read the directions. My main complaint (and I will be calling them for help) is often times when I put the 20 ounces of water in, I get less coffee brewed. Sometimes, it's 8 ounces, sometimes it's 10 or 12, and today it was about 16. Sometimes it brews the exact amount. The instructions say that water can evaporate off so you'll need to put more water in but this is a major hassle. I often have to add more water to get the desired amount of coffee. The instructions and sales rep I spoke to said the minimum amount of water is 20 ounces. I used to be fine with 12-14 ounce large mug but now I have to make more. So, I'm going through coffee quicker and it takes me more time in the morning when I'm in a hurry to leave for work. Another minor complaint is the reservoir heating element is fairly loud. As I was typing this, it came on and I could hear it in our office about 20 feet away. Not a huge deal. Yes, this is a pretty good coffee maker...but it is way overpriced. I had rewards to use and they price matched another online business so I was able to defray the cost...luckily, because I would have returned it had I had to pay full price. That is just way too expensive for a coffee maker with a household with only one coffee drinker.

Newer version than my older one, which lasted 10 years, but the same great coffee. Fast and fresh, with a better designed colander. The slide shutter style water reservoir takes a bit to get used to. The trap door was easier but it seems to be breaking in with use. Maybe some thing better to hang on to rotate it open instead of the fingertip indention. A small thumb grip would be easier.

had one before that belong to my late mother ,had it for over 10 yrs . it finally broke , and i knew i could only buy another bunn coffee maker, every other coffee maker feels like it takes hour to brew before your able to enjoy a cup of coffee . great

We have had so many coffee pots in our 50 plus years that we are glad we came across the Bunn Coffee maker. Most of the other models the hot plate would go bad. The Bunn has lasted a lot longer than any of them.

I'm impatient so this coffee pot makes coffee in 3 minutes. I've always used a Bunn and they last forever. The service and speed I got my orer from Best Buy was great. The price was good too!

This is a great brewer for a small office that likes its coffee fresh, and they go through it. My complaint is that Best Buy does not stock the right model for our location, nor does Bunn make sure that the retail store has the right one in stock. Anywhere over 4000 feet above sea level is supposed to use a high altitude model, yet not one of the retailers (and I visited several and made all of them check their model including several Best Buy locations) even considered this when inventory was purchased for their stores. A real frustration when you buy a coffee maker, need it the next day, and want it to be the right model. You have to call Bunn, and they will send you the correct model, but you have to pay to ship the wrong one back. Get it right for the customer the first time, it makes a difference. It would be five stars otherwise.

I love the Bunn coffee maker. The coffee tastes better and brews fast. I am not real crazy about having to leave it on all the time. That took some getting used to. I would hope if it was a problem they would not still be selling them.

I had my last Bunn coffee maker for over 20 years so there was no doubt that I would purchase another Bunn when the original one finally gave out. They are well worth the money.
