These are a great light bulbs to have. Can be controlled with your phone, dim and good to have if not home but need lighting when you get home. Easy to install, just replace old light bulb, turn it on and pair with your phone. Name each light bulb for easier identification when remotely turning on on your phone.

After searching the aisles for smart lights, it was refreshing to find an inexpensive choice under $20. No hub. No separate app. Just connect via Google Home, and you're in the game!

Item was easy to connect to my Google Home app, easy to control I am using Google Home mini as well. I can adjust brightness but could not do timed wake and shutoff must use c life app but couldn't get to sync with Ge app.

When they work - they're fantastic ; when they don't - they're annoying. But overall it's a good product. I woke up yesterday and all 6 of these refused to work w/ Google Home. No idea why, they worked @ 2am the night before. Had to delete them all from GH and start over. Not the end of the world, but was relatively time consuming because GH wouldn't see them individually until all were removed. Also, the ( 8 second on, 2 seconds off ) x 5 song and dance for resetting is mildly annoying. Also, seems only the "c by ge" app will update the firmware. But unfortunately that app is not too great - but I did get all 6 updated to v 3.3 ... now they fade on and fade off - neat!

I really liked the brightness of the bulb. The lights were easy to set up. I was able to use the google home app. Sometimes when WiFi goes down you can’t use it, but you can use the bulb manually.

Works perfect with my Google Home. The GE app does not recognize the bulbs when you link with Google first though, so you don't have the full range of color possibilities available using just the Google app. Cheaper than other full color alternatives. I bought more.

I already had 4 of these paired to my google hub and enjoyed the easy setup. When they went on sale again I bought 4 more. The first 2 paired fine but the last 2 (7th & 8th) would not pair. Found out through GE support that only 6 will pair per google device. I had to reset the 2 bulbs which was a pain because there are different reset sequences depending on when they were manufactured. My reset sequences ended up being 5 secs on, off for 1 sec and then back on and follow that sequence 5 times or until the bulb flashes. Make sure you have a clock to make sure you are being accurate with the time intervals. After that no problems with setting up onto another one of my google minis to control those bulbs.

We bought 2 of these a few months ago for living room, and were so happy with them we bought another one recently. So nice and easy to set up on Google Home/Google Assistant, so we can control Google mini to verbally turn off and on the lights. And no need for a separate Hub to control them.

I got these for my office where I had an Alexa device, not paying attention to what the description said. These bulbs work Google Home devices out of the box. In order for Alexa to work properly with these bulbs, you need a G by CE smart hub or one of their On/Off Smart Plugs. The smart plug was the cheapest, so I picked up one of those. Now they work great with Alexa. If you use these with Alexa and get the smart plug, don't add the plug to the room in Alexa's app. I've found that when asking Alexa to "turn off the office lights," Alexa will turn off the plug before the lights turn off, so the lights lose connection with Alexa. Removing the plug from my Office group/room prevents this from happening. Great bulbs all in all. I'm very happy with their brightness and being able to ask Alexa to dim them for me during movies. Just know you'll need to spend at least $12 more for a C by GE Smart Plug in order to use them with Alexa.

I have had these bulbs for over a year now and love them! Let me first say that I am a Google Home enthusiast, with most rooms having at least one Google Home Mini. These bulbs are designed to work via Bluetooth BLE protocol, which Google natively supports. I really like this Bluetooth approach as it keeps rando smart devices from being directly connected to my home wifi that could easily reach out to the Internet and provide backdoor network access! The ease of setup via the Google Home app is also outstanding. Truly plug and play, with no extra rando permission grabbing app (besides Google) needed. I've installed them throughout the house in singles and in clusters (e.g. kitchen lights over the island) and have had no issues grouping then via Home. I really hope this BLE access grows beyond just the bulb and finally covers more smart devices... Tired of untrusted devices on my WiFi!! Good job to Google and GE!

These are my first time using these bulbs and I have to say they are amazing , they perform exactly how the description says it works perfect with my Google home mini with just a simple command my lights dim getting very bright and was easy to link I highly recommend these bulbs

I was worried that I was going to need another piece to make it work. Fortunately, all I needed was my Google Home Mini and the Google Home app. It was really easy to connect once I turned the light on. Plus I love that it can dim or turn on from afar.

No bridge needed. Just turn the light switch on and screw in the bulb. Google sees the new bulb and starts the installation. You can even dim without a dimmer switch. Turning on or off can bee by voice if you have Google hubs or on your phone via an app. Too easy!

We bought these light bulbs to pair with our Google home hub. It works great and you can control them from any home device in the house no matter which room the light bulb is in. You can also dim them with your voice command. Excellent addition to the smart home.

I bought these bulbs for my daughter's room which had no ceiling light. I wanted something that would allow her to turn on and off the light from bed. These fit the bill. You can also dim the light with a command. Easy setup.

I absolutely love these smart bulbs. They do not change colors but the price is amazing. The color is warm. They are super simple to set up and I have 9 set up in my house all on the Google app. I also have a Google Home and 3 Google mini's and I love all of it.

Best buy has the best price I've seen for these bulbs. if you're going the way of smart home, with the lights, etc, this is a good place to start. They work seamlessly with Google home and allow for a dimmer functionality without any wiring

These bulbs were really bright but had a hard time linking with their app and did not work with Alexa like it says it does.

These bulbs are so east to set up. Screw in the bulb, turn on the light, go to Google and follow the directions to pair your device, Takes only a few minutes I set a schedule for them to come on and off. Dim the lights. Great product

these Bluetooth light bulbs are awesome! Even my kids love them. It's so easy to install and connect to your Google home. The best part is when I say "I'm home "and the lights turn on. It's the best when you have your hands full!
