I had a technician come look at it - he added some washers and changed a control board but there was zero improvement. I can't stand the sound and I'm not that sensitive.

The Cafe refrigerator not only looks beautiful, but the way the compartments are configured, more food can be stored than you would think. The Best Buy delivery people were just wonderful. I would not hesitate to buy appliances from Best Buy.

Did not fit the standard space

Had to bring in a handyman to remove a shelf before it would fit, even though the previous model was not a problem in the same space.

I set the temperature to 39 and it went down to 33 on its own and the freezer was on -3 it went up to 1

I've tried rubber pads but it appears to be coming from the compressor. It's piercing and nothing seems to help. I must return it.
