    Had nothing but issues with BestBuy delivery and installation. Everything from not showing up when scheduled to showing up but not being able to deliver due to inadequate number of guys to finally delivering but denting the doors on installation. Aside from delivery issues, the refrigerator is poor quality. We have had the unit for around 1 year and are on our 3rd set of shelves as they are made from cheap plastic and crack in the cold temps. Wouldn’t buy again.

    Good built quality. Time will tell about reliability. Stay away from Samsung and LG. From personal experience.

    This is exactly what we wanted. The service men were very careful and efficient. the only complaint is that it took 3 months to arrive. Back ordered tooooooooooo long with no food at home.

    Don't buy this fridge, unless you see it in person 1st. Is basically a fridge from the 90’s with a nice handle. Very small capacity, the interior have a bump that makes it even harder to stow large jugs. The ice picks up the odor from whatever you have in the freezer. I can’t not believe I paid 3k for this fridge, very dissapointed.

    Already malfunctioning. Not even 3 weeks in my home. Freezer is loud and it is frozen over with icy snow.

      We're sorry to hear that things are not working as expected after such a short time. There are many normal sounds you may hear. Check out an article on our website called REFRIGERATOR - NORMAL SOUNDS AND NOISES MADE to learn more. For a better experience with the freezer, make sure there is nothing blocking it from closing completely. If the problem persists, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance.
