Great looking fridge with tons of capacity inside and incredible lighting. Love the counter depth makes it look built in. It is very quiet. The only thing to be aware of is you need more than 1” on each side for clearance for air circulation as the left hand door will actually hit the wall.

So far, the refrigerator is meeting our expectations. It's much quieter than the GE Cafe side-by-side that we used have. For our needs, the storage capacity is good. The water & ice dispenser works fine. The hot water dispenser is ok-Our InSinkErator there is no waiting for the water to heat--But it's a constant temperature, not adjustable like what's on the refrigerator.

This is a nice looking fridge, and in the short time we've had it, we are impressed with the capacity to hold a large amount of food. The quality of the shelving seems solid. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that (1) the doors are not aligned at the top and (2) we had issues with the installation. When ordering the fridge online, the only question regarding installation is whether the purchaser has an existing water line, and since there are only two options for installation - free or $134 - it seemed logical that the installation would be free if you had an existing water line (I did). But when the team came to install my fridge, I was asked whether I purchased the water line kit, and was told that without my purchasing the kit, the installation could not be completed. I had to schedule a second appointment after purchasing a water line to connect the existing line in my house to the fridge, but the second team that came did not have a coupling on the truck to fit the house line to the new water line I purchased (Best Buy should require that its teams have a supply of water lines and couplings so that installations can be done in one day. I finally hired a private plumber to complete the installation, rather than wait for a third installation date.

I like this refrigerator a lot accept for the quality of the inside shelves and storage bins. We have always been a GE Profile customer and went to go buy one. The GE Profile refrigerator on display at Best Buy was in such rough shape we couldn't imagine it in our kitchen. That directed us to the Cafe which is still in the same GE family... sort of. I think Haier now owns GE. What we like: style, outside quality build including solid handles, added extras like the photos (never would have looked for that feature- but really like looking at all the family pictures that are downloaded) and so far everything works. Don't think I'll use the hot water feature much. Microwave is much quicker. What we don't like: The inside shelves and bins in both the refrigerator and freezer seem really cheap, flimsy and in some cases unfinished for a $3,400 appliance. I think this is a result of Haier influence on GE appliances. I gave it a four because of these inside flaws. It a good refrigerator for what is out there in the market today (and available). It could really be a great appliance if Cafe (GE, Haier) just put a little more time and effort at the factory with the quality build of the inside plastics.

The refrigerator is gorgeous and cools well. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a little noisy when emptying ice and fingerprints/smudges are easily seen.

Overall a very nice refrigerator. The water through the door is not very cold compared to our prior GE refrigerator. The WIFI connection and App are not user friendly. Plus they do not appear to be up-to-date. For example, you are supposed to be able to add photos onto the door screen via the app, but the app provides no way to do so. Storage space is great and very well organized, especially the deep door shelves on the right side.

VERY pretty to look at, however this review falls in line with every other review that claims one thing or another broke within a year. It was the ice/water maker and freezer light for me. When given the option of choosing a replacement (as the part to fix it would take too long to receive), I chose to go with a comparable LG. I did a fair amount of research- consumer reports, product reviews, various other “best refrigerator” articles. It was fairly well reviewed, and fit the bill of a fancy fridge that my wife wanted. Other irritating things: The doors (though airtight) took some effort to open, especially the freezer. The water dispenser was a trickle (especially compared to my replacement fridge). Lastly, I generally found it irritating to retrieve anything from the fridge. This of course, is in comparison to its LG replacement. I never knew that I could feel so strongly about a refrigerator, but if asked my opinion I’d advise to not buy this.

Refrigerator looks great and has good storage space given it is a counter-depth model. I love the in-door water and ice dispenser. We have not used the hot water feature much, but it is a nice addition. I was especially pleased with the delivery service. The men were quick, efficient, and, most importantly, careful. The removal of my old refrigerator and installation of the new went smoothly, and the delivery men were very professional. I am a happy customer.

I'm not used to a counter depth fridge yet, but I'm starting to appreciate that you can actually FIND things in it. This is a very nice looking refrigerator and the freezer is roomy. The freezer also has a little compartment on the inside of the door which is very handy for that little weird stuff like ginger root and parmesan cheese rinds. The fridge itself seems roomy enough and the shelves adjust easily, as well as having a shelf that you can 'halve' by sliding half of it up and back to create a space for taller items. We're happy with it. I would give it 5 stars but we've only had it a month and I'm still tweaking shelves.

What can I say? This is one of the most beautiful fridges I’ve ever seen! Not to mention that the counter depth fit flush with our kitchen! I’ve always placed my faith in GE appliances and this one doesn’t disappoint at all. Also, it has a hot water dispenser so that gives us more space that would’ve been taken up by a kettle. Awesome product in addition to expert installation by Best Buy. Will definitely recommend this product to anyone in the market.

Good fridge if youre looking for a slim depth. Picks up fingerprints pretty easily.

I marked this magnificent machine down to 4 stars for two reasons. (1) the ice maker never manages to dump ice all the way down into the bucket. It just kind of clumps up in the top of the maker and struggles to drop (even brand new). And (2) I wish I had never purchased a counter-depth fridge. Just don't do it unless you absolutely have to. Hot water on the door is amazing, though it takes longer than the microwave to heat up. But who knew they needed hot water on the fridge door? Not me, but I did!

This fridge is pretty, THATS IT! I really dislike this fridge and wish I would have picked something else. First off it’s small! I have 2 fridges which is great for me but not every one has room for a second fridge and if you have more than 2 people in your family you will need a more efficient fridge than this. This is stainless steel NOT smudge proof so finger prints everywhere, the doors are NOT self closing, the hot water feature only allows you 10 ounces at a time which is a small coffee cup and it takes FOREVER to heat up, you have to open both doors to to get to the deli drawer and the rubber seal doesn’t stay on mine at least, we have to keep putting it back in the grooves. I really dislike the person who designed this fridge because I don’t think they put any thought into people with kids. If you have young kids don’t buy this fridge buy another... or you will have finger prints everywhere and fridge doors left open and no where to store all their snacks and juices and everything else kids require!

Well designed and the counter depth is a great space saver for a small kitchen. Love the clean lines.

Delighted with this purchase. The fridge fits perfectly in the space. It has decent storage space, even though it is a counter-depth model. The hot water feature is great. And, It matches my oven.

This is a beautiful fridge, and when items were scarce bc of covid creating manufacturing shortages, it was one of the only ones available that matched our other appliances. However, the space inside isn't great and I don't like that the water doesn't chill as it dispenses.

This thing is the bomb. By that I mean solid construction, beautiful to look at inside and out, and of course it does a superior job of keeping food cold. If you've ever had things freeze a bit in your fridge or get a bit soft in the freezer - you weren't using one of these. Trust me - this gets the job done, done well, and with STYLE. Is the instant hot water a gimmick? Sure - but its a nice one from time to time. Is the ice bucket small? You bet - but this thing makes ice faster than Lake Erie wind in February. Awesome.

It feels well made. Not a huge refrigerator but a perfect size for a family of four. The design looks high end. Very satified.
