The only downsides are the ice maker is small and the doors do not have a soft close mechanism, so they must be pushed completely closed.

We do apologize for the small size of the space-saving icemaker and that the doors aren't soft-close. The icemaker will produce seven cubes per cycle (approximately 100–130 cubes in a 24-hour period), depending on freezer compartment temperature, room temperature, number of door openings, and other use conditions. Great fridge! One minor drawback!

The only drawback is the time it takes to heat up the water and the limited amount of water that actually heats up. Nevertheless, we are very happy with the build quality as well as the unit’s quietness.

Less than effectively designed shelving and storage. The stainless finish is very difficult to keep clean. Due to supply shortages this was one of the few units available for immediate delivery. Hopefully this one will last longer than 3 years.

Love the shelf thst slides back to make room for tall items. I almost gave 4 stars because the ice maker is slow to churn out ice.

New Cafe Refrigerator

So far it works great and we love the wifi feature on this one to heat water for tea.

GE better than LG

It is replacing an LG that failed after only 4 years and could not be repaired after a month. GE actually has factory service, while LG uses third party insurance and service companies. There was a small issue with the freezer door gasket and the GE technician had the part on his truck. So, very happy so far.
