Amazing fridge. It looks beautiful, has more then enough room for everything. Different temperature controls for different sections and you connect it to an app on your phone so if you forget to close a door for any reason it notifies you.

I purchased an open box model. The price was very good, so no real complaints. One minor issue is that there were several small parts missing or broken that required replacement. Overall I probably spent an additional $100 getting the refrigerator back to “working” condition, but this was still a significantly less expensive option than buying new so I’m happy.

seems that they did the most with the CU,FT, I love the look and appears to be good quality.. Sharp looking especially with copper handles.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. Opening the doors is like looking at a piece of art. The lighting is beautiful. Plenty of room. Loving the top drawer to keep drinks super cold. The ice maker makes plenty of ice.

We love our new Cafe' refrigerator. The various compartments are easy to access and the see-through drawers and shelves make it simple to locate various items. The exterior ice machine also comes in handy whenever we need it. Overall, the Cafe' looks so much better than our old refrigerator and it makes our kitchen look more "modern".

So far been very good. The drawer which you can set various temperatures for is a game changer. That being said it has felt a little flimsy opening the drawer. The lighting is the fridge is also great.

Excellent refrigerator. We purchased it as "previously owned in excellent condition" and the person at Best Buy told us it was returned because it didn't have a Manual. It did have a manual. After a long and tedious installation process, had to remove doors to fit into kitchen, we had it all hooked up and plugged in but it wasn't cooling or dispensing water. Come to find out it was in demo mode because it had been a floor model. It would have saved a day or two of stress and warranty calls if Best Buy would have told us it was a floor model to begin with and that it needed to be taken out of demo mode. Still the best Fridge I've ever owned.

The Cafe counter depth refrigerator is an excellent refrigerator. I love the three drawers which gives plenty of room for groceries. The cafe refrigerator also adds a nice touch to our kitchen. Friends have commented on how beautiful it is. I highly recommend.

I'm super picky when it comes to appliances and after having no choice but to replace my 3-year-old kitchen aid top of the line model that died it was super hard. I ended up heading to the best buy outlet to see a variety of models for fridges. I wasn't planning on purchase and open box model, but this was brand new never used with a price that couldn't be beat about 60% off the retail price. This fridge is super quiet, and the ice machine is actually quiet minus when it drops ice can be a little loud for dogs otherwise you don't hear it. The middle drawer being flexible between all the options and having the option to freeze gives extra space when your freezer is crowded. My only downfall with this fridge for the price and being ge cafe you would expect the doors to close softly and drawers to be soft close. For this model the drawers and doors you need to make sure they close this is my only downfall from coming from a kitchenaid with the same price tag and having soft close drawers and doors. Otherwise, this fridge is worth the price and having the app that can tell you ice maker level, change the lighting in the fridge, and lets you know the status of the water filter. Also, the counter depth of this fridge is spot on and doesn't stick out far.

We had one of the first French refrigerators 20 years ago where it was hard to dig through the bottom drawer. We changed to subzero side by side. It is is beautiful but the narrowness disallowed large items like a big cake. We bought this for our guest house. Love the width on top as well as the doors that hold wider bottles and milk. The middle compartment is great for cooling sodas and beer to lower temps! We love that the freezer has a slide out drawer for ice cream bars and smaller items so that we would not have to dig through the bottom drawers. We used the drawers for bulkier items. We bought the excellent open box special at just a little above 50% of the price and it was stilled bubbled wrapped and insulated when we picked it up!

Best Buy was the only place I could find this counter depth Cafe refrigerator with the middle drawer. Have had it for six months and couldn't be happier with it. Love the auto fill option on water and the gorgeous interior with backlight. Note that it does have to be anchored to the floor! Geek Squad installed and had to remove my baseboard behind the fridge to get the anchors to fit. Other than that, no issues!

Great Product! Super elegant. Has some pretty cool features. I just wished it was a little bigger for that price.
