The fourth one was delivered from an open box. I paid for a new refrigerator, not one from an open box. It has been over a month since I purchased it. Each time I wait for delivery, I have to stay home and spend a lot of time on the phone with Best Buy. This is acceptable.

Freezer does not freeze and defrost operation is on continuously. Warranty service is a joke and wants to charge me to fix this piece of crap. Regret I paid 4000 dollars for this thing

Very good looking fridge but…

How can top of the line fridge not be made to close the doors once you push them? I had a cheap fridge that I swore will never buy again and once you kind a push the door it promptly closes. I believe there is a magnet. This expensive high end fridge the doors and drawers stay open. Very shocked to see how many plastic key part. We already had to replace one fridge the pizza drawer plastic wheel broke. Cheese drawer stay open unless you close it shot I am so scared it will brake one of these days when someone forgets and tries to close the fridge door. Unless you close them tide. Counter fit fridge is super small. You can’t really fit much. Love the look, love the stainless glass doors so easy to clean. Love the 3rd drawer.

Surprisingly enough we had more storage than before. The Cafe is quiet and so far performed flawlessly.

Doors hit counter

The only way to have the doors not hit the counter is to have fridge far away from back wall. Very disappointed, our last counter depth was a Bosch and we didn't have this problem. Really regret buying this fridge.

I thought all refrigerators would be equal in this aspect but I was wrong. The ice despenser is SO slow. The water only will despenser a small amount of cold and then its room temperature. This one not be an issue for someone that is only needing a few cubes at a time but i use a lot of ice so it feels like im standing there forever waiting to fill my cup. I try to tell myself the autofill for the water makes up for it but it doesnt.
