Expensive Mistake

The first unit we got had damaged parts, so the replacement came. That replacement worked fine for the first year-ish then we got issues of the lights not coming on when the fridge doors opened to condensation in the freezer unit cause the door would not close properly. Now condensation on the upper doors. Sigh. They don't build them like they used to.

It fits well into the standard footprint and it is so much larger. It has separate compressors for the refrigerator and the freezer, so any frig smells don't get into the freezer! We love it!

Not Worth Price

Upon arrival it had manufacturer defects, it took several months to replace the fridge. The quality isn’t that impressive and sometimes the fridge actually freezes items (with no change in temp on the keypad).

Everyone that was delivered had problems! Even the third one! We bought the GE Cafe kitchen set flat white. Frig, microwave, stove (which has been on back order for over a month) dishwasher(came in with a big dent and had to get another one) It has been a big problem! you think you spend 15k they would QC everything. Dont get me wrong, they look very nice but come on Best Buy, QC your produces please!!

Only issue I had was with delivery, I think we had 4 refrigerators delivered total because they were either dented or not acceptable. Aside from that, once the final refrigerator arrived, it has been working great without issues
