Best Buy total tech was worthless with helping me remedy that and wanted me to wait a week for a service call while both drawers were stuck in the completely open position and the unit was beeping incessantly. The only way to turn it off was so flip the circuit breaker which I couldn’t do bc the rest of the kitchen was on it. Had to pay a ton of $ for emergency service

Ran but would not empty. Received replacement dishwasher a few days ago. Delivered and set up by Total Tech. Dishwasher is not draining, only working for 11 minutes then shuts off. Called for telephone support. Given a future appointment more than a week away. Cannot rate the product. It's never worked.

However, configuration is not simple and the manual directs you to search online for full manufacturers recommendations. The drawers are not spacious and is hard to figure out a way not to block one dish from the other and unfortunately does not clean well your dishes.

Posted .We can understand when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. This is a beautiful dishwasher that allows for many options on loading and load sizes. Having the convenience of two drawers that you can use independently to wash everything from heirloom place settings to casserole dishes with separate cycles. We do have great photos on our site that will show properly loading. We recommend turning your hot water on first, before turning on your dishwasher. The hotter the water, the cleaner and drier the dishes will be. We recommend using rinse agent and pressing the Dry option. We hope the more you use your dishwasher the more you will like it.

Another one has been ordered as a replacement. It’s back ordered. Don’t know when the replacement will arrive. Top drawer doesn’t hold as much as the fisher paykel

Everyone of them broke within the first few weeks and parts take months to receive. I would not recommend any cafe appliances or any GE appliances.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had 2 Fisher Paykel 2 drawer dishwashers. the first one was like this cafe model, and one was with the handles flush. They are very similar in design, and for the first time buyers, please note that there shouldn't be a negative review because it doesn't have outside dials that saywash cycle or time remaining, you can knock on the door of the dishwasher while working and easily resume afterward. Only thing it takes a lot of googling on how to use correctly.

The one thing I prefer about the other one, was that I could pause the dishwasher and add a dish. This one has the buttons inside, so once it’s going, I can’t do that.

Posted .If using a tablet or gel pouch, place it in the cutlery basket or at the edge of the base rack. Please don't place tablets or put liquid detergent in the detergent dispenser. Use only powder detergent designed for automatic dishwashers in the detergent dispenser.
