Loving my new GE cafe dishwasher. Works beautifully and looks beautiful in my new kitchen

The BestBuy online sales team was excellent. The delivery team was early and professional. I installed the dishwasher myself, which was very easy. The dishwasher is simple to use. You don't need to download an app to use it. There are several different wash settings, but we keep it on a regular wash with heat dry. I wanted to know if I needed the third rack, but it's great. I put large serving spoons and chef knives that don't fit in the utensil basket on the third rack. I usually run one large load before bed, and so far, plates, glasses, utensils, and pots have come out clean. I recommend the GE Cafe Dishwasher with the third rack.

Same problem as refrigerator. DW is great. We love it. BUT!!! We had to have a plumber out to correct every thing they did. Best Buy did reimbursed us the $225 it cost us. But the quality of work was unbelievably horrible! Your products are good but the installation takes away the desire to buy more from you.

I purchased this both for the aesthetics but also because it offered express wash options and the 3rd rack. It was a bust though. Looks nice but cleans horribly. There’s not much we can do now as we thought maybe it was how we stacked the dishes or the detergent so we played around and right past the return period. The bottom rack hardly ever gets clean. The 3rd rack is nice but doesn’t fit as much as our previous LG did. The spacing and flexibility for various sized items is not as good with this model.

This dishwasher has changed our lives. The jets are evenly distributed so you don't have to worry about covering the center of the mechanism with a dish. The 3-tiered drawer system is convenient and the stainless appearance looks sleek.

Washer was easy to install. Seems to do a nice job at cleaning and drying the dishes. Slideouts seem to be a little flimsy, thought would be made better

This is a good reliable dishwasher. KitchenAid is the only Appliance Brand that we have in our Kitchen.

Best purchase ever! Replaced a terrible cheap builder supplied dishwasher with the Cafe unit to match our Cafe refrigerator. Incredibly quiet dishwasher! Solid, and sturdy! Super easy to install and looks great in our kitchen!

Haven't ran a load in it yet but it looks great and is obviously a quality product. Made in USA was a major factor in my buying decision.

I have been using the product for a month now. So far I am very happy with the product.

Purchased dishwasher from Best Buy and allowed them to install this peoduct. After running the item it flooded my kitchen causing extensice damage to my lower kitch cabinets and flooring. Contacting Best Buy to take ownership and accountability has been a joke. Best Buy is WEEKS out to service the issue, their insuranxe company is a joke and has not ONCE contacted me to resolve and move the claim forward. Meanwhile i cant use the expensice dishwasher I purchased and my home has yet to be inspected or repaired. Product might be great but they clearly have picked a horrible provider to assist them in being “certified” to install.
