    The ice bin is an issue! You have to reach your hand into the ice bin to grab ice. Doesn’t come with a scoop and you cannot fill your glass from outside the ice bin.

    This refrigerator has no in door ice or water. The icemaker that is in the freezer has a tiny door that you can hardly fit your hand through to grab a handful of ice, and if you grab too mu7ch, your hand gets stuck. This for a $8700 built-in refrigerator? What were they thinking?

    Over time we have owned several refrigerators. This is the first refrigerator where we can truly say we love it. It looks great, is quiet, very functional and large enough for our family.

    Waste of money , ice maker hasn’t worked since day 1 and trying to get someone here to fix it is impossible, customer service is a joke !

      We are very sorry to hear you are having this issue with your new refrigerator and the icemaker. We would like to help! Please confirm the icemaker switch is turned on. The switch is on the actual icemaker, and you can view this on page 8 in the manual. Also make sure the icemaker is plugged in. The power cord for the icemaker is plugged into the left or back wall of the freezer.
      Check the feeler arm or paddle to make sure it can move freely. Ice blocking its movement will signal to the icemaker to pause making ice. Confirm the water supply is turned on to the refrigerator. This valve is usually found under the sink or in the basement. If you've checked these things and you still need service, please reach out to Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393 M-F 8:00-8:00 EST. cafe_appliances

    Within four months the refrigerator started breaking. First the icemaker went and then it won't consistently stay cold. The evaporator fan makes a horrible noise that sounds is audible thoughout the house. We have repeatedly spoke to customer service and we just get the run around. Before the holidays we had to buy a second refrigerator because this one can't keep our food at the proper temperature.

    Really bad refrigerator, full of issues. We replaced it 3 times and ended up buying a cheaper one that was much better.
