I shopped in store and online for a long time trying to pick what we were looking for. It's crazy expensive especially compared to other fridges with the same features. You're paying for the look of it. I like the multi zone temperatures so that I can make the middle section a different temp than the main fridge.

The shelves on the doors are also a great size to hold any of your items. Cons - The ice always seems to bounce off one side or the other of the ice chute and misses the glass. The Auto fill feature is neat, and works 'most' of the time. It struggles with larger glasses.

The 3rd drawer is perfect for produce or you can use it as another freezer drawer

Back lighting allows you to see all that you have on each shelf. Ice maker is ok, sensor water fill is the best. Top item is the 3rd drawer, it’s the best beverage drawer and saves you from opening the refrigerator

No doubt you can spend less, but I am so happy with it. It's beautiful and everyone who sees it just stops in front of it and says wow. I also debated the extra drawer and it is wonderful - I keep wine, cans of sparkling water and cheese in it. I was worried about freezer capacity and no need to worry. The two pull out shelves and bottom bins make it easy to organize and see what gave. Plus the added space up front for small items keeps them handy. Water flow and precision fill are great. Produce staying fresh beyond my old refrigerator. Ice cubes are small and melt fast, so that is the only complaint I have. They crush up nicely thought. I saw some reviews mentioning ice flies out everywhere - I haven't experienced this problem, but I hold my glass up to the dispenser. And the delivery experience was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you, Best Buy, for that part!

The interior lighting is great. We got the matte white version and it matches our white lacquer cabinets beautifully. The handbook could be more detailed with titles/topics for the user.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the cold water dispenser reaches 8 ounces plus the water is warm so i have to add ice- I have well water that is a little warmer than room temperature which may be the cause when the cooled water from the fridge runs out , but i would have tought the amount of water stored in the fridge would be more than 8 ounces

I had a separate beverage fridge and no longer need it. Mine is very quiet. And I love the drawer that is so versatile. It’s so fantastic not to have to wipe fingerprints off. The white is stunning.

The day we got the refrigerator she forgot to close the butter dish door and closed the refrigerator door and broke (shattered) the butter dish door. The replacement was expensive and back ordered. We have been waiting for the replacement for over a month. Other than this design flaw, it is a great refrigerator.

We know how frustrating that must have been, especially for a brand new unit. Been married over 34 years and have owned several different brand refrigerators over the years from top freezer, side by side, french door. All around the same cubics but my new GE Cafe is by far my absolute favorite!! The way they designed this is amazing. I feel like I have so much more room with the way they laid it out and it is Gorgeous as well. Thank you GE for making such an amazing refrigerator. So glad we chose this to go in our newly remodeled kitchen <3
