We canceled out order ! Because of the poor performance of the slobs that installed the over head oven ! We canceled the range and Bosh 800 refrigerator ! We had a frige show up that looked like if fell of a fork lift. The delivery guys were Gentleman made sure everything was documented ! The monkeys that delivered and installed the overhead oven. Need Togo back to what ever they were doing before. Because they are rude slobs !

This range is great, set up and operation is very easy and it’s beautiful.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience with the installation. The technician who came to our home to install the range had no clue what he was doing and kept calling "papi" on facetime to guide him. I asked him to disconnect the 20 year old gas line and put in a new one I had purchased, as BestBuy requires a new gas line and is city code to use a new line on new installations. He was unable to disconnect the old gas line but got it loose enough to cause a leak, which he did not check for before leaving. After he left and we were able to arrange the mess left behind, I turned the line on and immediately smelled gas. I've been calling Best Buy for a week now and they say there is nothing they can do at the moment and they will schedule a review for next week, almost 10 days after the initial installation. It is clear that Best Buy does not care if their installers mess up or if a consumer has a gas leak. I'm not a plumber, nor do I have the tools to fix this myself. Moreover If I do anything on this installation, Best Buy will void the warranty. So we are at the mercy of this company that clearly does not care about the safety of their clients.All we are asking for is to have a specialized technician come to our home and either fix the leak or install a new line which is a 20 minute job, at most. But Best Buy cannot accommodate for that. We are just not important enough for them.

I am a baker so I am so excited with this purchase! The only thing is trying to keep this clean. Being stainless steel, it can get lots of fingerprints. I just have to clean it after each use.

I am 72 an have depended on GE appliances for 53 years. Always reliable for baking anything!!! Best Buy team in bowling green Ky went above and beyond for customer satisfaction!

Really enjoy the ease of use, faster warm up in either oven. Practical cooktop, excellent variety of burners, placement. Enjoying the ability to run from smart phone, and reminders, updates, safety. Great looks, clean.

This is a wonderful range. I've wanted a gas range for years and have finally got my dream kitchen. Love the double ovens.

We wanted kitchen appliances that were a step above the "high end" pedestrian brands but didn't want the designer brands like Wolf and Viking. Cafe' really hit the mark! This stove performs better than any other brand I have ever owned and looks really good at the same time. The dual fuel double oven was well worth the price and wait. The ovens pre-heat in a snap and the gas cooktop heats a pot of water faster than ever before. The digital display and interface are easy to use and the blue tooth connection to the microwave is super cool. I have it programed to turn on the microwave light and fan whenever a burener is turned on....really cool and useful. The app could use a little work but the interface has not failed and I c

We bought this Cafe Oven/Stovetop because of its unique combination of a gas stove top with dual electric ovens. One oven is large enough for a Thanksgiving Turkey and then some, and the other, top oven, is convenient for most smaller items, pizza, casseroles. It has a convection feature as well. The gas stovetop is only 30” wide, so perfect for smaller kitchens. High quality item, highly recommended.

This is an expensive oven, a big splurge for us. It took me 7 months to get one that wasn't poorly assembled. The first issue was the bottom door did not align with the top, functionally it was fine, but it did not look good, the doors should be flush together. Another one was ordered, same problem. It took us about 4 different deliveries before we got an oven that was not mis-aligned (with a one month lead time in between, this has been a long process). We were overjoyed. THEN, 3 of the knobs scraped when turning on the perfect door replacement oven. I tried to live with it, but called for yet another replacement. -Side note- BEST BUY has been AMAZING dealing with these.- So... now I finally have an oven with doors that are aligned and knobs that do not scrape when turned. How does the oven function? The oven is great, the small one preheats quick, and they both cook at temperature. The probe function is kind of stupid. You have to pre-pick a temperature for the probe (before turning on the oven, otherwise you have to cancel to do the probe function). You can't just stick it in your food and watch the temperature. The stove top is ok. The dual ring burner is the biggest disappointment. If you want to use the dual rings, you need a huge pot/pan, which is fine. However, I can't get it to stay lit with just the little ring on high, the flame goes in and out. I don't know if it's yet another defective oven or just normal. Frustrating. Clean up is easy. I would NOT recommend this oven. If I was sent SO many defective ones, I don't want to know what's defective in the ones that I'm not able to see. If you do buy this anyway: CHECK YOUR DOORS, they should be aligned like in the picture. CHECK YOUR KNOBS for scraping, they should turn smoothly. CHECK YOUR DOUBLE BURNER, to ensure the smaller ring can stay lit on high without the second one needing to be turned on. For a high end stove that costs so much, this is just so disappointing. These don't have many reviews in places, so I wanted to let this be known.

Product would have been great had they not wrecked the oven door prior to delivery. When they showed up on 1/27/25 to install the range the lower oven door had been jammed upward and would not open so we had to return it and I am still waiting for my refund on my credit card.

Bestbuy made it easy to buy, with totaltech they made it easy for delivery and install.

I love the stove top as there are so many different burgers that have different intensities of be to you so you can cook anything from a simmer to a rapid boil However I might think twice about the double oven hours each oven cooks a little fast because of the smaller cubic feet within each. Also, I wish the convection oven capability or in both of us not just the lower larger of the two.

The stove/oven is exactly what we wanted. Sales representative was fantastic & delivery/installation personnel courteous/timely/professional. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

I was cooking using an electric stove and was not happy. The Café series range is wonderful to cook on. Having 2 ovens, one being a convection allows me to do many things I was unable to do in the past.

I ordered the stove in August 2020 but didn't get it until November. I would have initially given it 5 stars because its a great oven. Being able to have a double oven in the space of a regular sized range is great. There are many other wonderful features of the oven as well. However, having said that there is one feature that is driving me crazy related to the gas cooktop. I have had several gas stoves all my life. In all of them, the knob to turn on the gas went started from "Low to High". So you turned the knob on and went all the way to "High" to ignite the flame, and then you adjusted the flame as needed. To turn it off you simple turned the flame down all the way until it went off. The knobs on this range are opposite and it makes no sense. To turn on the gas it immediately starts at high to ignite the flame and then you adjust. The issue is .. all my family members (including myself) are used to turning off the stove by turning DOWN the flame to reach OFF. Its opposite now. So to turn off the stove you have to turn the flame back to high to get it to go off. Its completely illogical. What has happened now many times I have come into the kitchen in the morning to see a very low flame still burning on the stove. Sometimes I don't catch it right away because its a very low flame. This morning my husband was unloading the dishwasher and put a bunch of wet plastic containers on the stove top to dry. It wasn't until we smelled burning plastic then we realized one of the burners was still on. This is terrible design by the manufacturer. We aren't replacing the stove since its brand new but we have to put a small sign now to remind everyone to check that the stove is turned off.

This oven is wonderful. Offers the best of both worlds. An efficient gas cook top and the more precise electric oven. So glad we bought.
