Love the look of this stove. Works so well in our space. Scratches very easily, grates are very heavy, very sensitive when near the touch panel - just have to lean over it and it wants to beep to turn on the oven.

We were looking to replace our older range and end it up replacing the fridge and microwave because the Cafe appliances with the glass finish looked really nice.

Very attractive, well-built and heavy (I like heavy) range.
I was a bit surprised that the top oven is electric, as I wasn't sure my measly 120v standard outlet would handle that, but it does just fine. Nothing I could find in the specs said that, which I found odd for a "gas" range.
Took me a bit to figure out the wifi connection, but I did and it works well. I guess the burners are not supposed to be remotely controlled.. at least mine aren't. A safety thing?
I would have given 5 stars except for the part I don't like: the range will not sit flush to the back wall because there's no indentation on the back of the range itself. The installer said most other ranges do have that. I'll ignore it for a while but eventually I'll be looking for a way to fix it, because it would look a lot better sitting flush to the back wall.

This was the third stove delivery that took almost 6 months to complete. Bad stoves or damaged during delivery but finally stove works great.

2 attempted deliveries, No range

6 weeks and we still do not have our range.
2 failed deliveries.
1st delivery: The guy obviously did not want to do his job. He said the connection to our existing range would not fit the new range and that we had to get it updated. Has a plumber come out that day and he said it would definitely fit. He changed nothing.
2nd delivery: The guy was great and actually changed the gas line and it fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the was delivered with a huge dent on one side.
Hopefully, 3rd time the charm. We will see.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
