I tried to cook something a couple times it took longer than amount time recommend either it's not working right or just doing something wrong.

This is a great model and we know you will love it the more you are able to use it and enjoy all the great features. We recommend using the metal tray and metal rack on top the glass tray, leaving an inch gap between the cooking dish and the sides of the oven. Press the Air Fry button, turn the dial to select Auto and press the dial. Turn the dial to select your Food type and press the dial. Turn the dial to select the serving size and press the dial or press the Start/Pause button to start cooking. The problem is with their corporate. You can no longer call and talk to a person, let alone get in touch with the store. We had to go to the store to get a refund they jerked me around all day on delivery until, of course I had to get a refund for a microwave because it didnt come and I got so frustrated with corporates inability to handle a delayed delivery. You can no longer contact the store unless you go in and wait in line. This is the kind of corporate brilliance that took Circuit City down. The said all their calls go to a call center, and they just jerk you around phone trees. Try to talk to a person. Note to corporate: if you want to compete, provide human customer better customer service and stop messing with my reward points.

With this unit you dial the cooking time versus entering a number. The stainless interior makes it very easy to clean.

The dial is actually a nice feature, at first it was questionable but after using it the dial has really grown on me and just makes sense. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

The timer was set and when it went off it wouldn’t turn off. Then the whole panel went out.The inside light still works. Now I have to wait 18 days for a service appointment.
