A simple, elegant, classic fridge (compared to others in recent years), and that's what I was looking for. Very quiet and roomy in the fridge section. You can hear ice drop, which is no big deal; I just wish the fridge would produce ice faster. And now that I see the ice in the freezer, I wish that the "ice bucket" were larger so as to hold more ice. The freezer section is smaller than I thought when I originally purchased the item. The drawer design seems to take up a lot of space, so I'm considering buying a separate freezer and keeping it in the garage. In any case, no regrets in buying this counter-depth French Door fridge.

We love the cafe fridge .simple,easy and clean look. fits perfect with our cabinet depth. Ice maker works perfect and plenty for a family of 5.

Fridge working great and is beautiful in the kitchen. More space inside than what pictures show. Shelving layout is well done. Some minor cosmetic blemishes from factory and would advise to thoroughly inspect.

We ordered a kitchen full of matte white GE Cafe appliances. Love the style but barely 7 months after delivery the refrigerator leaked whrn we were out if town and caused damage to floor snd baseboards and the freezer wouldn't open! GE tech said to turn breaker off to defrost. Over a week later still leaking and not opening, more damage, worried about mold. Very frustrated with service and customer relations.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever seen. It is not just the most beautiful fridge because of the matte white color and gorgeous handles, it is also thoughtfully designed to hold a lot more food than you would expect for a counter-depth appliance. The filtered cold water spigot inside the fridge is sheer genius and helps keep the kitchen floor clean, rather than the more common dispensers on the outside of the fridge that not only look ugly but are also responsible for water spills on the floor. The unit is also "smart" and energy-saving.

Really love how this refrigerator fits and looks in my newly remodeled kitchen! The exterior is easy to clean and the interior is spacious and laid out very well. The freezer door opens very easy and also pulls out both layers of storage inside. Lots of great lighting and very friendly user controls. Would not change a thing about it!

Very noisy compressor despite ensuring fridge is level. Freezer is rather small and we often have to shift items around to get it to stay closed. Otherwise a beautiful fridge that functions well. Sadly, will be returning it as the noise is untolerable.

The refrigerator looks great but is very noisy and runs too long. It is a well styled and easy to use. Again, one of the loudest refrigerators we have had.

I am so thoroughly pleased with its performance and aesthetic, not to mention the nice discount being an "open- box" item. It has a sleek appearance inside and out. I've received many compliments.

This fridge EXCEEDED my expectations!! It is absolutely beautiful...quiet..food stays fresh. I can fit a LOT of food in freezer. Internal water dispenser keeps outside lines smooth. Also water filter takes out 9 medications that could be in our water!!

This was a 5-star fridge until about 6 months after delivery the compressor died. GE service replaced the compressor and explained that many of these units are failing because the compressors they ship with aren't properly designed for the refrigerant being used. The new compressor works, but is much louder and you can hear the refrigerant boiling. GE service did say that a fix is being worked on, but that they didn't have a way of contacting me proactively when the fix is ready. 4-stars for the quality of their service department (5 if they could contact me when the fix is ready). 3-stars for the fridge itself.

The fridge itself is good, but it arrived with noticeable dents and scratches. Unfortunately, getting help from Best Buy was a nightmare. Endless calls, conflicting information, and unhelpful representatives. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

The refrigerator is a good quality fridge. It has adequate space for the majority of families out there. It is a nice modern design. Best buy made the purchase easy and I got a great deal! Unfortunately, there was a small hiccup with the delivery but still a great buy overall.

Loving my new Cafe French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator! It's just the right size for my small kitchen and the white matte finish is perfect!

Nice refrigerator. Only issue is that water leaks from dispenser inside door. Freezer is small and things fall behind drawer easily, but overall a good product.
