Keeps the fridge cold and freezer frozen, water filter is super easy to access and produces ice very quickly.

Its very roomy and has the convenient middle drawer with the option to freeze or refrigerate. The kids are in awe of the backsplash. So far so good.

One design flaw

The day we got the refrigerator she forgot to close the butter dish door and closed the refrigerator door and broke (shattered) the butter dish door. The replacement was expensive and back ordered. We have been waiting for the replacement for over a month. Other than this design flaw, it is a great refrigerator.

We know how frustrating that must have been, especially for a brand new unit. Confirm measurements before install because it's a large fridge that sticks out far plus the drawers pull open. Delivery was delayed, but best buy customer service took care of us.

I do like the freezer organization. The autofill works well but dont like the cup pad and placement of water spout. Also the tray should be bigger as most cups sit over the lip which i dont like. I also need to check temperature as i feel it's not as cold as what i set it to. Wish the doors would close better as a lot of times try to close as your walk away and it doesn't shut all the way which is annoying. Auto close would be nice. Also the trays in the left side of door are almost useless as not wide enough for anything common. Waste of trays to me. The black sides and the additional 700 charge to make it white is a joke!

It really modernizes the classic white fridge and brings a warmth to the product. When you open it, the backlit design is gorgeous! We went with the larger fridge even though our cabinetry is shallower so it was nice to see there is a white side panel to accommodate the difference. I highly recommend the Cafe appliance line so far!

The extra drawer is most helpful to contain items your family could use on a regular basis without having to open the main refrigerator. The Cafe series contain a beautiful and functional smart range and a great dishwasher that handles the dirtiest dishes and pots and pans. We couldn't be more pleased with our Cafe series. Beauty and function in one package.
