The original refrigerator seemed to have a compressor issue and the 1st replacement was damaged in transit. The new refrigerator was delivered and so far so good! Best Buy has been terrific to deal with, very responsive and helpful.

I was missing a screw to put the handle on with and the rotating bin is cracked. I have not had a chance to contact customer service with the holiday. The refrigerator is on the nicer side and is not cheap looking like most. My main worry was that the outside would arrive damaged. It was not at all, perfect condition. I waited over a month for it to come in.

It fits in the same space and has lots of additional useable space. Racks are easily adjustable and we use the middle drawer as a deli drawer. It works great!

Stainless Steel out and Matte White is IN

Turned dark in the kitchen and really conflicted with the white kitchen. The matte white GE Cafe version is perfect. Return was easy.

This fridge has an incredible amount of space and keeps the food well organized! The fridge and freezer drawers allow you to see everything! The lighting inside is also a huge plus. We’ve not had a single issue with the ice maker. Absolutely love this fridge!

Looks high end quality and well built. A small nitpick, the silver tray on the water dispenser is a distraction when everything else is bronze. They should offer it in color coordination with the handles. I strongly recommend this refrigerator.

Best fridge I have owned so far.

The only reason it got 4/5 starts is that the back light blinds you a bit when you open the door and the color of the inside makes the lighting a little dull.

It looks beautiful and the inside even has a great look. I was unsure if I would like the 2 bottom drawers over just one however the middle drawer comes in very helpful for the kids. Would definitely recommend and we love the White!

I would have given it 5 stars but the ice maker is a hit and a miss. Having some one come out again to see if they can fix it. Otherwise we love the space and the middle drawer for out fruit and veggies.

Damaged Refrigerator

I love the refrigerator however it is damaged. The door is scratched and slightly dented and the corner on a shelf is busted. I am being told it cannot be replaced because it is unavailable and I need to choose something else. This is not acceptable when I spent so much money on 5 new appliances and now the fridge would not match. They also will not just replace the damaged parts.
