Decided to get my mom a gift since her fridge died and Best Buy made the whole process a breeze. Delivery was spectacular, the gentlemen were very careful and friendly. Definitely would do it all over again.

The color, however, is far from this picture and not even remotely black. It’s gray. Anyone wanting an actual matte black refrigerator, you won’t get it with the GE Cafe.

The only drawback was that it took more than 24 hours for the ice to fill. The interior is spacious with many additional corners in which to put items. Best of all is the middle freezer drawer - perfect for pizza or pepperoni bread, and the containment area inside the freezer drawer.

The GE Cafe upgrade is worth the money spent. The freezer storage is humongous. Be a bit careful when you are slotting the platforms.

There are little touches where the metal trim makes it feel sturdier than plastic, and the rubber bumper on things like the butter tray make it nice, and will hopefully help the fridge last longer. Backlight is amazing, and the ability to customize brightness with the app is awesome. Stock water filter is amazing, and give clean, clear, and great tasting water. Would recommend.

Drove over 2 hours away to get it and they wouldn't sell us the one that was advertised as open box de to major problem. sold us the floor model at the same price. so far every thing works great. Great customer service from Best Buy.
