I got a smaller version of this and need more space for a gaming desk I use sitting down. This is one of the few frames that sits so low. The frame is pretty solid, once assembled, and setup was easy. Instead of the included top, I used a slab of wood cut to the dimensions I wanted. Just drilled some holes and screws into it and it was solidly attached to the frame. The included frame is fine, but to customize and drill into as I wanted not the best. But, it's a solid desk top. As I won't move it alot, having to raise and lower the desk is not an issue. Once I found the height I wanted, I just used the knobs and locked in place. Frame works great with a wood slab on it.

This desk reminds me of the desks they use to use in elementary school. I would recommend it, it is a very sturdy desk, easy to maintain, and easy to install. I have two 28+ inch monitors on my desk plus a laptop and still have room.
