I would call this an amped up version of the original Black Ops. Better graphics, more refined gameplay, some new weapons & perks, more zombies... The works! This game has a massive online following too, so there is not much waiting for live matches. The only drawback is that with more added it's a little more complex than the first. Once you get past the initial learning curve it's great. When this goes on sale it is a great value with the added bonus content!

My son is an avid gamer but he is picky. The vast majority of games have gathered dust on a shelf and only a few get played extensively. COD Black Ops II is one that he goes back to time and time again. He plays single player so I can't comment on the online features, but if you're looking for a first rate first-person shooter that entertains for hours on end this is a great choice. (Sorry, I'm not a gamer so I can only comment on what I observe: teen-tested and approved!)

Been a BF player and this was my first venture into the COD series. I've only gone through the solo story arc so far so can't really say anything about the multiplayer and etc, but so far so good. The game is entertaining and fun. Play is a bit faster and slightly more 'arcade style' vs. the last BF game, but that's not a bad thing. To each their own for preference. Fun cast of actors in this game that I didn't realize until looking it up. I'd recommend this on a cheap buy.

The best call of duty out there. The zombie is really an upgrade from WW2

The Best game of All the Ops and with a Great price

I bought this COD 2 for the map pack code and give the disk to my son he doesn't care about the map pack now he can play COD 2 on the internet and we can play each other I had COD 2 from when it first came out and wanted to see what was on the the map pack that come with the game.

fun and exciting with a lot to do and well worth the money for the time you can spend on the game. i really don't like these types of games but i really enjoyed this one.

Out of all the call of duty, I have to say that this is my favorite. I recommend this to my friends rather than the others. Great multiplayer.

worth getting even though it's a couple of years old. the price was right at the time of purchase, only $15 and it included the first map pack

This game has been out for quite some time and I was never interested in it due to me not really caring for the first Black Ops but I have heard from many different sources that this is possibly the best COD that has been made therefore I finally was able to find it for less than $30.00 so I picked it up and I must say it is pretty cool, it took some adjusting going from PS4 back to PS3 but once I got back in the grove I started to enjoy the whole experience. I haven't finished it yet so I don't know everything about it yet but its definitely worth the purchase.

My son loves playing these games, he purchases any game that he's intrested in as soon as it comes out in stores.

I liked for a short while but in my opinion is not a game that I will be playing more than once. The story line is fast and keeps you playing and then some hours later your done that it! I guess is more for the multiplayer kind . It's ok to spend some time with it.

I bought this game to play it with my son because of my traveling. But found myself playing by myself often.

Solid game at a great price. Was a christmas special price that was much better than anywhere around.

A worthy sequel to Black Ops. If you like Call of Duty you will pretty much like this.

This is one of the best Call of Duty games. A whole lot better than Call of Duty AW.
