Very easy process. Happy i bought from best by instead of xbox.

Have not received the code now for the 3rd day, have tried to contact customer service via virtual chat and via phone call. They are no help and do not even understand what i am saying. The last person kept telling me i needed to scratch the code off the back for the gift card...it is NOT a gift card. Very frustrated and my son is very disappointed as he purchased with his Christmas money.

BestBuy never sent the digital download to my email address and its launch date. They sent the Beta play link weeks ago, but not the email which contains the code to download the actual game. $100 spent for poor service. I will ALWAYS buy my pre orders from Microsoft or Playstation and NEVER from BestBuy ever again

Great nostalgic game to play with all my dad friends.

DLC to be honest but useful to level up the weapons.

Trash i did not get the vault edition i paid for the game is saying to pay another 30 bucks to to unclock the rest of the stuff when I paid best buy already worst idea ever was getting this threw best buy becuse im getting no help on my dlc i know how to download it and all but its not in my game

The game play is bad and appears to be rushed. Nothing like the old classic MW3, game still has cheaters and doesn't have all the maps or guns from the original. They recycled guns from previous warzone games and there doesn't appear to be any guns from the original game. Cop-out money grab

I purchased this on October 15 and still do not have it. I've called customer service multiple times just for them to tell me they are working on it. Supposedly getting a refund isn't even an option. Completely ridiculous

I was excited to get this for my son…come to find out it’s not really a new game. And even though he only played less than an hour on it, I cannot return it (digital download).

Everyone hating on this game and it dont desereve that. Im just a Casual gamer and all this game reminds me is endless hours gaming with friends from the original MW2. New zombies could use some new tweaks but all in all great fun with friends, buying for my kiddo for chistmas so we slay zombies.

I pre-ordered the game for my teens bday. Still havent received the code. Such a joke! I will never buy games from Best Buy againz
