The graphics are amazing. Love that you dont need to buy the season pass. The campaign was fun to play and had interesting story to it. If you stick to playing it you can finish it in a few days with a few hours each day. Multiplayer maps are cool also. Just hope they make new maps instead of redoing older ones. Overall is a great game and fun.

They brought the story mode back and it’s one of the best story modes I’ve played, multiplayer feels way different in this one the maps are a little bigger and there are a million windows, I feel like in this one you really have to setup different classes for different situations and play tactically, like popping smoke on a flag and taking it over, over it’s fun but be prepared because it’s definitely a learning curve, not for the faint of heart, play with friends and you won’t have as many rage quits.

This is the best COD in a while by far. Solid gameplay, solid campaign and an amazing multiplayer to finish the set. COD finally got a new engine and it's looking better than ever. My only complaint is the file size. Update after update this game has passed the 200gb size mark and it keeps getting bigger.

You get what you would expect out of this game. It has a good story. The campaign is fun and can be challenging. The online play is good but the upgrades got so big that I would have as to delete all of the other games because this game took up so much space. I finally had to remove it because I had no more space. Unknown why it has to be such a large game.

Great graphics, story and action, online and offline. 150 gb of memory space. That's a lot. Still, a great game. Go buy.

great game, nice graphics overall good game first time in long time for first person shooter game. only draw back is the amount of data and length of time to download just to play. I wish the games came complete on the disc so you could play from the box rather than hours of downloading on a 200 meg connection it took nearly 4 hours

The game is a solid entry, with a campaign that really hits home, gameplay-wise and story-wise. The multiplayer could use a few tweaks but I expect them to attempt to fix them. The spawning is still as bad as ever. However, the maps are multi-layered with a great attention to detail. You can get lost in them just admiring the new maps.

This game is WONDERFUL. The new levels and available weapons are so much fun. It far surpasses it's predecessor especially with the new multi-player mode. The story mode is tense and engaging with beautifully directed and depicted cut scenes. Game play is the same as previous entries but by and far this is the best of the bunch.

This is easily the best COD game in the series in a long time. Everything about it. Gameplay, multiplayer, and of course, the hailed Warzone mode, all the best COD has ever offered. The single player story mode puts you in very cool situations. And is more difficult than the usual playthroughs. So decent challenge.

    Totally Based on Realism

Call of Duty Modern Warfare takes a realistic approach and a modern setting. In the campaign a CIA officer and British (SAS) forces team up with some people from the country of Urzikstan, don't bother to google this place, it is fictional. Following the campaign is a Special Ops mode that features cooperative missions. Multiplayer mode finally supports cross-platform! I am not going to lie, I do not enjoy having my butt kicked by PC players, it happens every time! While I have always played the hardcore maps, and I can not stand core, the Ground War mode, which supports tons of players, is super cool! I also like Gunfight, two teams with two players go at it for like 40 seconds per round, the matches are small. What I find cool about the multiplayer mode is the realism with door breaching, compass marker, and being transported to the battleground instead of remaining motionless while we watch a countdown. I also like how you can use the perk "Pointman" to convert killstreaks into scorestreaks. This can help you get certain challenges done faster. Weapon customization options are huge in this game! There is like 60 or so options you can choose from, but only 5 can be equipped at one time. Overall, worth the buy and I am having fun, my favorite game mode is Cyberattack, give it a try!

Really enjoyed the beta but so many windows

A great game and they really revamped the engine. When I played the beta I was impressed by how visceral and violent it felt. The sound of the guns, animation, lighting, and overall sound in the game had drastically improved. However, the time to kill and the map design are not the best. Maps are realistic but realism also brings difficulty in video games. Every single hole, window, or corner has someone lurking to kill you. Oh and the campaign is simply brilliant.

Love the game! It's more like the older CoD games than the last few releases. Multiplayer is awesome except for campers but that is a problem with all FPS games. I have not had a chance to play the single player yet but am glad that option is back. Expect big download times initially but it's worth it. Great game!

Back to basics, no gimmicks and crazy game play. Pure distilled shooter, plenty of the best maps of older iterations sprinkled into multiplayer and Warzone and CoOp add many more hours of fun. I left COD after the Modern Warfare series but this game called me back into the breach.

Campaign - Easily, the best campaign I've played for a Call of Duty game since Black Ops II. Definitely worth playing. Multiplayer - Pros: gunplay, gunsmith, graphics, sound design Cons: Create-A-Class is a step back, maps are trash, counter-intuitive gameplay, and SBMM has basically broke this game. Spec-Ops - Survival mode is trash. Period. Never been a fan of mission mode, so I don't have much to say on that.

Aside from some server issues at launch, the multiplayer in this game is extremely fun, the campaign is entertaining, and the co-op is addicting. Long time fans of the Modern Warfare trilogy and Cal of Duty franchise will love this game

Definitely the best Call of Duty game I've played since Black Ops 1 and 2. Story and soundtrack are phenomenal. I literally just buy the CoD games for the campaign. (zombies back then not anymore). Don't really care about multiplayer but Warzone is pretty fun.

This game was a blast from the past. It really brought back the style and charm that made modern warfare 2 and 3 enjoyable. It’s grounded in reality and doesn’t rely on futuristic nonsense to keep you entertained. The campaign is brutal and a lot of fun. You won’t regret buying this game.

Torn on this one. I have been debating on giving this 4, or 3 stars. When the game launched, the netcode was horrific. Constantly dying, without even a hint that I was getting shot at (kill cam shows 5+ shots, but only registered as one, on my end). I wanted to return the game, but obviously that isn't possible, with most games. I then played a bit more, throughout the weekend, and things got better, as time passed. Then it was bad again, last night. The gameplay, and TTD, are pretty typical CoD. I'm trying to accept it, but it's also the reason I didn't play previous iterations. The time to death is SO fast, and unbalanced, compared to how long it takes to kill someone. Not to mention, a lot of the CoD community is still really toxic, and who think 'skill' means hiding in a corner, near a high traffic area. But, if you like the CoD multiplayers of the past, this should be a great option. Visually, it's much improved. Ground War is (mostly) fun... except one map. I still haven't played the campaign. I do want to give it a shot. I was one of the gamers, who only played the campaign, in the previous game (until I got tired of repetitive storylines). So far, I've heard good things about the story though (other than being short).
