This game is amazing, really stacks up with the rest of the COD franchise. There is no doubt this game sets the bar for WWII games. As with COD4 Online, there is some occasional lag, but that didn't stop it from being amazing.

another great game. does not surpass call of duty 4, but it is up there. the game focuses on the battles in japan. the online co-op is a blast. the campaign is a little short. kiefer sutherland and gary oldman do some very good voice acting in the game.

This game is by far one of the best call of duty games out, forget about cod4 thats old already move on and stop being babies not all games are going to be the same or so called "better" if u want something better wait for cod modern warfare 2 then...

i didnt beat the game ! LOLLL! i made my friend do it... NOT to many trophies for campaign (we went thru 3 levels without trophies) .. fun and ONLINE is VERY VERY EASY. but too many glitches ps3 name - aliasforcefed

I think this game can go only two ways no in the middle just decent, this game can either be the best game or it can be the worse game. I suggest you buy this game but dont be quick to stop playing it give it time.

This is the best call of duty in history better than 4 awsome online playing awsome sniping since i like sniping more realistic than call of duty 4 and awsome story mode.Also you can play co-op on story mode and zombiez on online..Great game.

This game was awesome when i got it for christmas. I couldn't stop playing it. But when i found out that more than 50% of the people that play online use the overpowered MP40, i kinda drifted away from it. But it's, overall, a very solid game.

waste of money. I should of just kept playing Modern Warfare. I just don't really like this game compared to Modern Warfare or any other FPS. The only positive I can say about this game is the graphics and the solo missions are fun. But if you have played one Call of Duty game you know that these are fairly short and not long enough to fully feel like you got your money's worth for a single player game. This game is great. No one thought it would be better than cod4, but honestly i think it beat it. cod4 was good but did it have zombies? the game is insane. prestige is fun and the level of zombies plus the new map pack is amazing. great game

This an amazing game!!!!! The campain is great and online is great. I have had this game for 7 months and I still play it non stop. The only problem is there are tanks online. I hate it when people stay in the tanks the whole time.

The game has many aspecs that are good. It has a zombie mode witch is like left for dead butt not as good and the online is very fun the only disapointing thing is that their are more ranks so it will take you longer to prestige :]

I have been waiting for this game to come out for a couple of months and it did not disappoint. There are a ton of new maps and features and all the maps are much much larger than on COD4. Definitely worth the money and the wait.

Cod 5 is going back to WW2 which im glad about. modern weapons were making the game to easy. this game is going to be fun playing with a friend and online is going to be amazing. there are tons new perks and amazing graphics.

THis is a great game. The graphics are amazing and the maps are big giving you a little more room to breath unlike cod 4. One thing that makes this so much better is that you can get your leg blown off!!! If you get nailed by a granade that goes off right next to you your leg will blow off. Or if you get shot at by a tank and it hits you or the wall next to it it will blow off your arm. The guns in this game are very good and have a big selection. The Search and Destroy game mode is very good and fun. The flame thrower is also just a total blast. The more perks make it so everyone has something different and they have so many game modes that you never get tired of playing. the 1080p resolution looks nice on my big LCD and overall i would say job well done.

New maps are awesome. Tanks on the bigger maps are fun. And its cool when ebody parts fly. Some maps still have some glitches on multiplayer which is kind of annoying if you are playing with people that like to cheat.

this is the best cod game by far.i own 3,4,and now happy to own 5.its really cool when you die by a gernade because you can actually see your leags and arms rip apart with blood gushing everywhere.its a must buy!

I love the game everything about it says the rest, ive owned all of em and looking forward to the next modern warfare 2, cant wait, =) so whatcha waitin for,,,go get one and if you already do, have funnn!!! =)

After playing COD4 for months on end, I was stoked to hear COD5 World at War was coming out and having it set in WW2 era was a change and was hoping for more. I didnt get it! The story isnt as good as Modern Warfare and the online play is definitely not as good either. The best thing about it is Zombies. If only it came with more than one Zombie Map. You can buy the added Map Pack but alas that still only comes with one additional Zombie Map, and the Multiplayer maps arent that good in the pack. Anyway, when it comes down to it, I am looking forward to Modern Warfare 2 in November. For now I will continue my quest for the gold cross in COD4.

One of the best games ever anyone that likes these games or ww2 will love this game.

This game is great it is like COD 4 but with different guns and amazing missions. Online is great and the graphics are amazing. But like most games the setting is in WW2. BUY THIS GAME, it is worth it.
