This is a martial arts action flick that is a throwback to the age of the great Shaw Brothers studio. Yes, there is some stylized wire fu involved here but also some great realistic beat downs as well. It is a familiar story, well told, with good actors channeling believable characters. I have plenty of Shaws & other old school kung fu classics in my collection. Redundant? Yes. Enjoyable? Always. Well Go. My current fave studio.

This movie reminds me of the recent hollywood flick, The Magnificent Seven. Well at least the story is somewhat similar. The action is amazing, very intense and wonderfully choreographed. If you are into kung fu revenge flicks, this is one movie you should not miss.

Most martial arts moves these days focus more on the story and this one definitely does that. While it still does have good action, I would say its still far away from movies like The Raid. Overall, I was still pleased.

I have been a huge fan of martial arts movies for a long time. This movie ranks among the best out there.

i love these movies from i was a kid and i am happy they are still making them, 2hrs long with action.

Alot Of great stunt work goes into this some what traditional martial arts film.

saw the preview on this move with a lot of action, but i did not check when i purchase at best buy because i was so happy it finally came out, but when i got home no English audio, i was so upset i put it in the trash, because i know once you open it, you dead.

Wanted it in 3D. Best Buy did not have. Bought the Blu-Ray. A week or two later was available in 3D at an outrageous price. A decent movie, but not paying big bucks for the 3D.

I loved the action in this film from start to finish. Karate lovers film.
