I had this coffee maker for a year. It was great. Brewed very quickly and the coffee was just the right temp. I really liked its style. Unfortunately the carafe cracked. I was unable to find one for sale so I looked on their website. The carafe was out of stock. I emailed them to find out when it would be available. Initial response was quick asking for the model number, but then I never heard anything again. I couldn’t find a carafe with measurements that would substitute, so the coffee maker is now useless and in my garage. I won’t buy a caphalon product again.

Never used. Returned due to height of unit. Water refill door wouldn’t open due to low cabinet. Felt & looked well built. When you measure counter to cabinet add space for the refill lid to open. My counter to cabinet clearance is 17”. BB had a Keurig K-Cafe on sale that I opted for and is great in every way.

This coffee pot is amazing! I love the look of it. It’s easy to operate! Even setting it to go off in the morning was a breeze! Didn’t even need instructions! It also brews FAST! It beeps when the coffee is ready. It keeps warm for a few hours and then beeps and shuts itself off. It’s great!

Looking for a coffee maker that makes a strong cup of coffee? This is the one. The two things I dislike are the way you fill the coffee maker. I prefer the ones you take the resivor off, instead of top pour. Also the carafe lid is of poor design. Still makes great coffee though!!

What a fantastic coffee maker! I am now able to appreciate how my coffee should have been tasting all along! Not only is it the best coffee maker I’ve ever purchased, but it is also beautiful to look at! It serves its purpose, will definitely compliment any kitchen!

I really like this coffee maker. It does make a hot cup of coffee; the heating plate actually heats the coffee; and with a little care, a cup of coffee can be poured before brewing is finished without at least one drop of coffee dripping onto the hot plate.

Not worth the price, better off with a cheaper brand that actually works I’m disappointed with this because it looks pretty and fits in my kitchen but the cord was a bit short which limits where I can place this

It lasted me 26 months (2 mo past my geek squad warranty). Disappointing. However, it does make good coffee! We’re trying the ninja as a replacement.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it!! The first 2 days it scared us because he forgot he set the timer on it and the coffee pot started making coffee at 6:30 in the morning, but we got used to it. We also couldn't be the price we paid for it.

love it!! It took a couple attempts to figure out the correct ratio of ground coffee to add. The warmer keeps the coffee warm for 4 hours and then auto shut off. so happy I bought it and for a really good price Best buy deal of the day...

This makes a great cup of coffee, very enjoyable. Switched from a Keurig so at some point I recoup my cost through the lower costs of buying coffee. So far this top rated machine is as advertised.

I love my coffee maker . I usually get a new one once a year but this one will be with me for a long time. Brews like a charm and I make coffee at least once a day .Great machine !

We bought this because we needed a new coffee maker and we use nothing but Calphalon when it comes to pots, pans and utensils. It did not disappoint! Brews very quick. They advertise 20% more flavor and it really does!!!!

This pot makes great coffee. We replaced a Bunn, that refused to use water from our tap because we have a water softener. The Bunn with bottled water made ok coffee. This new coffee maker does a great job.

this is pretty nice coffee maker and it pretty easy to use the only issue we have is trying to figure out how to determine the amount of coffee to use for a single cup the instructions weren't clear enough

I had high expectations for this coffee maker. I didn't notice any different taste from my 2 year old Mr.Coffee maker. It was way too high to have under my cabinet. Not that it didn't fit, however to put the coffee and the water was a challenge and it doesn't slide easily to be able to pull out. Its definitely an attractive machine but not very functional.

I like the feature to make the coffee stronger. It's faster than a Mr. Coffee Maker and tastes better. We had to return the first coffee maker we bought b/c the plastic filter thing fell apart (when it was new). It's a little ball at the bottom of the plastic filter. It fell off, which meant the feature to remove the pot to pour a cup of coffee while brewing was disabled. We returned it with no problem. Only thing from a design feature, I wish you could remove the basket that the plastic coffee filter sits in. I'd like to be able to clean it.

Replaced a K-Cup with this coffee maker...Great decision! Got it on Deal of the Day, looks great, brews hot, flavorful coffee! Have had for a month, best tasting coffee I've had in years!

Every thing is as it should be, coffee is done fast and its good.. The auto turn off should be shorter and the be careful of the venting at the top it will burn you and ruin a cabinet.

Finally a simple elegant coffee maker! It has the option for strong, timer, And an auto shut off! I didn’t have to go back and study how to make coffee this time. Well worth the cost!
