I'm liking the results with this coffee maker. It's making a nice and hot cup of coffee and it's flavored well. I was happy to enjoy the comfort of a hot cup of joe and pleased to get a nice bold flavor from it. I know this coffee maker has a claim of 20% more flavor extracted in it, but I'm not sure if that's picked up by my taste buds. I've got an old Krups coffee maker and I felt that made a good cup of coffee and it had decent flavor as well. Overall the look of this coffee maker is pretty classy and elegant. The styling of the Dark Stainless Steel is something different compared to the usual black or stainless steel looks I've gotten used to. This particular look by Calpahlon looks sharp and will get noticed if you want to have a talking piece on your kitchen counter. I'm disappointed by the size of this coffee maker though. It's a tad too big and tall. I get it, Calphalon wants to make a bold and big look to make it noticeable and bold. Unfortunately for me, I had a hard time keeping this under my kitchen cabinets. Partly my own issue with having odd cabinets, but this unit seems overly sized. Words of wisdom, this uses a cone 4 filter. I would think at this price point, the manufacturer would have just made it a washable filter that doesn't require using daily paper filters. Overall, I liked this coffee maker and I think it makes good coffee. I just feel like it's a high price point for a decent coffee maker. Well played by Calphalon as I feel this can make a good looking unit to display on a kitchen counter and make good coffee.

I use it everyday. No problems at all. Worth the money. Happy with the purchase.

This is a great coffee maker and of course, it makes great-tasting coffee.

It was a good coffee maker while it lasted. The glass coffee pot broke and I haven’t been able to get the replacement part since. I’ll occasionally check to see if they have it in stock in Calphalon website but always says out of stock. So now I’m unable to use it. Other than that easy to use.
