The device will not stay connected to the internet; always indicates "device offline". I initially thought it may have been positioned too far away from wi-fi base, but it doesn't work when sitting 1 foot away. I am confident the internet connection is not the problem because all of my Ring cameras and other devices work just fine, using the same connection.

Canary's support system is during regular business hours so I was unable to talk to a live person. Their set up website made it seem like I had to buy a subscription to make it work and then later I found out it could be free! The best thing I can say is that Best Buy stands behind their customers and helped me find a better product. Canary did refund my subscription since I was unable to make it work.
