Poor Quality and Missing Videos

We didn't notice until we got home that the fine print stated videos were stored online and you had to pay a monthly cost, which we just chalked it up to not reading the fine print. It's been set up the last several days and all we keep seeing are videos of everything except the incidents when they happened. Then there's the low quality image on night vision. Outside, we have Night Owl, and some friends have the Ring system, and this system appeared to be rated the same, so we expected a lot better quality. All we see at the end of the hallway is a silhouette with two glowing eyes.

Haven’t been able to keep them working for over a month at a time. Night vision went out on the first, second just stopped working altogether. Went with a different brand.
