Customer service/tech support were ZERO help. They spent two weeks asking the same questions, giving the same worthless answer, and all the while claiming the issue was moved to tech support. Videos are only save for 30 days, so the videos I needed were lost. There are better companies out there. Please do some research and don't buy this one.

Terrible quality and connection

Internet speed/bandwidth is not an issue. I currently use a nest doorbell and thought I would buy this for inside because of the price but I definitely got what I paid for. Returning it today and getting a nest indoor camera like I should have from the beginning.
