Excellent product, does all it says it does but it adds serious weight and becomes a much bigger product from bulk. I have small hands so this is very awkward to use and without it my camera is much lighter but if you are shooting vertically I feel it is a must, just try to bring a monopod or tripod if allowed so the weight is on that not on your wrights or hands.

I have had an aftermarket grip for my 70D prior to upgrading to the 5D and this grip feels higher quality and mimics the feel of the camera perfectly. The aftermarket grips tend to have a different texture. Very heavy duty grip.

This battery grip is awesome and works great. The only negative thing I would have to say about it is when attached to the Mark IV with both batteries in, the camera is extremely heavy. Beyond that I love it!

Yes it's heavy and bulky but allows more juice, vertical shots were never more comfortable given it has all the buttons and with a motor to power every shot, if you are pro how is the way to go

Fantastic extension to the camera. Extra battery life for video and photo. Ballance is good and the advantage of taking shots from the grip as well as camera.

I own the mark III and the mark IV, this is the first time ive used the battery grip and it is amazing! It does add some weight but nice not having to switch batteries so often

This Camera grip is amazing! It further longs the battery life while also giving the supportive grip to your camera!

If you like shooting for hours on end without having to replace or even recharge you gotta get the BG-E20. It’s a bit heavy but that’s the price you pay.

Just like all the OEM Canon battery grip, it’s high quality, and the shutter feels the same as the camera’s, unlike aftermarket models that I had for Mark III and Mark II, though the aftermarket models are great with price, the shutter always a little off. I wish the price can be cheaper.

Absolutely love my battery grip on the 5d mark iv. Had one on my ii and my iii, and they make it very handy when turning the camera to shoot vertical portraiture with having the second set of controls. Adds a little bit extra weight as the thing has the same magnesium cast frame, but it’s solid and adds a lot of battery life with the ability to hold 2 batteries.

This is a necessary piece of equipment for me. Great added battery life and easy to use horizontally and vertically.

I don’t us it much because of the added weight, but it doubles the run time. And is very robust.
